Very good long term stay. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful experience. Hope to stay there again.

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best place to stay in to in Eastwood. You won’t regret a sec of your stay here. The pad is just a few walks away from everything you need, restaurants, mall, cinemas, etc. Plus the host is really great, Fran and Kuya Louie made my stay here a wonderful one. Sure to come back!!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful but yet still in the heart of Manila and convenient if you’re looking for something near the airport. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Really enjoyed the place and the caretaker is super friendly. Waited for us outside to make sure we found the place. Very nice 👍🏽

This is a great place for the price it was. Great secure location as well. Raymond and his team are very responsive when it comes to questions. The view from floor 35 is great especially near the elevators. The area has several restaurants nearby as well as notable clubs to visit for entertainment. Overall a great location and place.

We had wonderful stay at Aarons place. The location could not be better, very central, short walking distance from the restaurants, bar and malls. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 3 people. Aaron was very helpful upon check in and check out and easily accessible when we had any doubts.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Encountered some problems while checking in due to admin issue but overall, the place was nice and good smelling, clean and have complete household items that you can use.

First time to stay at this unit, but we have previously stayed at Edsel’s other unit in the same building. We really appreciate how easy it is to communicate with Edsel and his proactiveness during the whole stay. The unit was a bit older than the other but it still has the warm, cozy feel. Makes you feel right at home. We were able to get to everything we needed to go and do everything we needed to do because of the convenience and location of the apartment. We will definitely stay again here!

We had a problem with our check out date because we forgot about it, but the host was so accommodating and understanding, he gave us time to prepare all our stuff eventhough they have a little time to clean the place for their next guest. Our apologies, Mr. Ferdinand. Again, Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great place! Host is very reponsive and answered all my queries. We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing view of the metro from the roofdecks on 53rd and 52nd floor. Walking distance from Rockwell Makati and Powerplant mall. Amazing view of the Rockwell Makati holiday lights at night.

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

The place was great for the price. It was secure and felt homey. The host was kind and proactive with my questions and even my sporadic answering patterns. This was good air bnb experience for me!

The place is clean and the appliances are working well and in good condition. Lots of restaurant and coffee shop around the area. The guards are friendly. Marizelle is very attentive on my requests.I will definitely stay in this place in the future and recommend it!
