Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

Everyone is accommodating especially Kuya Jonathan. The place is peaceful and private, away from all the city noises. The place is very clean also. It was definitely a relaxing stay for us and for our fur babies too.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

Highly recommend. I go to LU frequently and it was my first time to stay here - it was a really good find! The location is really the best for those who want to explore the center of LU - very near flotsam, little canggu, clean beach. It’s easy to walk around or get a trike. I was here mostly to surf and the best part is that you can do a wave check from the property. There’s also beach access but better to pass via flotsam which is right beside. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The room is simple and no fuss but comfortable and comes with daily essentials (ac, kettle, mini refrigerator, and good water pressure). I would stay here again

The listing was great! I had a lot of fun with my friends on this trip. The Host as well as their POC person was very helpful in providing us local recommendations specifically going to San Juan. View was breathtaking as well, would love to revisit this place again sometime in the future. Thank you again, to both the Host and ate Racquel, such lovely people!

Host is very accommodating and responsive during our reservation up until we reached the villa. We were amazed of how the villa was arranged - it looks small outside but was actually huge inside. All things are neat and clean. They also have indoor and outdoor kitchen, you can even grill if you love to. Comfort rooms have bidet. And there is a garage if you asked. All in all we had a great vacation- staycation in Serendipity Villa. We will for sure go back in this place if we visit LU.

Peaceful place yet still close enough to quickly head over to La Union’s cafes and restos (and the beach)! The unit was also complete with kitchenware so it was easy to prep meals. My team and I were comfy during our stay and the place is spacious for groups. Neil was friendly and accommodating, too. Very welcoming and ready to suggest tourist spots. We appreciate your proactiveness. Would definitely book with you for group stays in La Union!

Aginana is true to its name - you can really rest and enjoy the beautifully designed home. The owners and manager were kind very hands on. The staff were all polite and helpful. I cannot praise them enough because they really made our stay comfortable. The villa we stayed at looked and smelled so clean. It was really nice that they have a pool and that they have their own restaurant that served yummy food!

Beautiful space in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Loved the boho decor. Had all the supplies needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Manilokanos is a such a great find! The place is beautiful, well designed and clean. The kubo overlooking the beach was perfect! The place was so relaxing that we didn't even want to explore the area anymore. Just being there was the vacation itself. The beach right across the property was very private, we had it all to ourselves. Leandro was also so nice and responsive. He was very patient answering questions. He even helped with finding us a surfing instructor. I would definitely recommed this place to other family and friends. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this sa family or mag wowork remotely. Everything you need kahit extension meron and my favorite part as an introvert ay self check in di mo na need ma pressure sa time sa pag dating kasi papasok ka nalang sa unit at lakabas. Super bait and approachable ni Diobs and very responsive.

Rouie is very hands on when it become to use. She and Quennie help us about our stayed. We encountered No electricity an hour the goods things Host and quennie can provide the resolution.

The place is nice and close to most of the tourist location in Baguio. My whole family enjoyed our stay, place is senior citizen friendly. Will book again.
