Cozy little condo 12min from the Purgatory resort. The location is easy to access and very quiet. It is part of a the Tamarron resort, with a access to a spa and swimming pool. If you are coming during the winter, the hill facing the balcony is very sleigh-worthy ! The condo is perfect for two people, and is very manageable for four people. Access is only done by (snowy) stairs.

Beautiful and cozy condo in a peaceful setting that was a short walk from the gondola, grocery store and the center of mountain village. Highly recommend and would gladly stay there again.

Great location to spend a few nights. The gondola system in Telluride is great- you can get almost anywhere without a car. There’s a market right by the lodging which is perfect for any fridge staples you may need. Would recommend no more than 2 adults in the space. It is comfortable and clean!

Amazing views, easy access. Really enjoyed our Colorado excursion. There are great places to eat and close to Durango. Really enjoyed the local music and food at the adjacent bar and grill. We were really comfortable and really appreciated the clean bedding.

It was a lot smaller than we expected but for 2 people it’s fine for 1 night. Exceptionally clean which was much appreciated.

Karen’s place was perfect for our family. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was fabulous being able to walk to the lifts. We also enjoyed the gym and hot tub! Highly recommend.

The room is perfect for a couple or small family and also stocked with many things that not all places provide. Access to the golf and pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Quiet was also notable.

Overall great stay. One thing I would like to let people know before booking is that we had to cut our trip short by one day due to hurricane Milton hitting where we live and preparing. The host was unwilling to reimburse us the one day due to the unforeseen weather event. If you are looking for a host that is compassionate and understanding this isn’t the host for you. More worried about making a quick buck than unforeseen events that impact peoples lives.

Absolutely wonderful condo. Three baths and bedrooms downstairs with great closet and storage space. Two baths connected to the bedrooms and one in the hall. Loved the layout with the kitchen, dining and family area upstairs. The condo was exceptionally clean and new feeling. I was concerned that it might be far from the gondola but it was an easy walk and we could even ski most of the way. The view was great and the location to stores, restaurants and the main avenue was a mere five minute walk if that. The hot-tub located apart from the condo did not seem to work but it was not a concern for us. We would absolutely hope to stay here again!

We had a great stay for a ski weekend with our kids. The location is awesome and the community pool and hot tub was a huge hit!

Luke was a great host. Incredible responsive and took care of everything needed. Telluride is a beautiful place with tons of activities for adults or families. Highly recommend!

Loved being able to get to several hiking trails in 5 min; as well as being able to drive to Telluride and Mesa Verde within 2 hours. Central location for the places we wanted to visit! The condo had everything we could need in each room and truly beautiful decor! Loved it!

My family went for a last minute baby moon, and we had a wonderful time! The walk up the hill from the condo is steep, but doable. There is a shuttle from the main lodge to the gondola if needed, but we just walked (10-15 minutes). The location to be able to ski in/out is unbeatable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was delicious, and cozy! Highly recommend staying here and will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Luke’s condo. There was a minor issue with the provided pack and play for our infant, however we were pleased with how responsive they were to promptly address the issue. The complimentary beers were a nice touch after a long travel day!

We had a fabulous stay in Mountain View/Telluride. The property was better than the pictures posted. Fully stocked kitchen, exceptionally clean, amazing master bathroom. We went during Independence Day and loved all the festivities!

The accommodations were accurately represented. The space was very comfortable for our family of 7. The place was clean. We appreciated the privacy of the hot tub. The only issue we had was upon check out. The computer resent the checkin prompt. We were quick to get a response on the protocol to check out upon asking. This was a great place to stay for our family and we would book it again if given the opportunity.

It's a fantastic place to stay. The house was fully stocked with useful items and the neighborhood was amazing. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

This is a fantastic place to stay , and we found it to be very accommodating and the staff at the PEAKS went over and above , with all of our needs and so did Silver star . We will definitely be back and stay at Penthouse 623

Very cozy condo, minutes from purgatory ski resort. Had all we needed for my hubby, son and I to have a quick getaway. Loved it

Place was just like the pictures. The view was amazing and resort was accommodating and easy to navigate! Lots of places within walking distance and doggy walking areas. Spa at resort was also very relaxing and can ski from resort. Had a great time and will be back.
