Vacation rentals with beach access in San Juan Beach

the view from deck which was exclusive to our room was stunning. located in a peaceful residential area. with secured parking. highly recommended for home-working and pure relaxation.

Everyone is accommodating especially Kuya Jonathan. The place is peaceful and private, away from all the city noises. The place is very clean also. It was definitely a relaxing stay for us and for our fur babies too.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was stylish, cozy, and felt so welcoming. The location was also great — quiet and close to every place we wanted to visit. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

Highly recommend. I go to LU frequently and it was my first time to stay here - it was a really good find! The location is really the best for those who want to explore the center of LU - very near flotsam, little canggu, clean beach. It’s easy to walk around or get a trike. I was here mostly to surf and the best part is that you can do a wave check from the property. There’s also beach access but better to pass via flotsam which is right beside. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The room is simple and no fuss but comfortable and comes with daily essentials (ac, kettle, mini refrigerator, and good water pressure). I would stay here again

It was the best airbnb by far that i have stayed at. The view was phenomenal. The whole place was big for a group of 7-8. I really enjoyed and will definitely book again when in Elyu

Host is very accommodating and responsive during our reservation up until we reached the villa. We were amazed of how the villa was arranged - it looks small outside but was actually huge inside. All things are neat and clean. They also have indoor and outdoor kitchen, you can even grill if you love to. Comfort rooms have bidet. And there is a garage if you asked. All in all we had a great vacation- staycation in Serendipity Villa. We will for sure go back in this place if we visit LU.

We absolutely loved our stay! ♡ The place was so beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed plus the host, Tarish, was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly spot!

Everything was great! From checking in to staying to checking out. Hosts were responsive. Caretakers were respectful and helpful. Place is near to everything -- only 10mins tricycle ride. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting San Juan. Highly recommended! A++

Our stay at Raymund and Charo’s Airbnb in San Juan, La Union, was nothing short of perfect! The property was ideal for our group of 9 adults, 1 baby, and our fur baby. It was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable getaway. A big thank you to Mike and the on-the-ground crew for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and prompt assistance made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The house itself was immaculate, with cozy rooms and refreshingly cold air conditioning—perfect for the tropical weather. The ice maker was a standout feature, keeping our drinks perfectly chilled. Additionally, there was ample parking space for our 3 SUVs, which was a huge convenience. If you’re planning a trip to La Union, this place is an excellent choice. Alex‘s bungalow was perfect for me and my family. It was very private, however, we were able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, including the pool and breakfast next to the beach, which was lovely! Thanks for a great stay!

Gianni's place was amazing!! Dianne was very responsive and welcomed us nicely. My fave part is that every corner of the house is cozy and can is really relazing. Another fave is the lovation which is very close to the beach. Thank you Gianni and Dianne for hosting us. Will definitely come back!

Hello po, sorry to write a review this late. The place was very like home, and the amenities are complete, just like in the description. The owner is very responsive to all my questions and requests. They accompanied us every time. And Very suitable for a group of friends or family. 

Worth the stay, very affordable and friendly host.

The place is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need. However, the shower head in the bathroom could use some improvement as it has mold or a black discoloration, which is not good and quite unpleasant. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the IKEA furniture, which gives the place a nice look. :) Please also note that there is an additional charge of ₱300 for using the air conditioning in the living area. There’s also a car wash in the place, parking space is also big & the place is safe.

The unit is clean. It is exactly how it appears. quick and simple beach access. The host is incredibly accommodating. A nice spot to unwind.

I had an amazing stay at Carol Apartments! The place was spotless, and its proximity to the beach was perfect—waking up to the sound of the waves was such a treat. The sunsets here are truly stunning. You get more than what you pay for, and the owner and the cleaner, Ate, were incredibly responsive and hospitable. They made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back in the future—hopefully with a girlfriend next time!"

Such a great place to be in Elyu. Near 7/11 (usual drop off when you ride the bus) and near San Juan Surf (so you can learn how to surf!!).

Carol is very responsive to inquiries. The place and the view are fantastic. So relaxing! plus Boris the dog was so welcoming from the day we arrived until we left he was always outside of our room being friendly 😊
