Vacation rentals with a patio in San José

The photos of the apartment and the amenities of the place do not do justice to what it really is. My family and I were delighted with the details and hope to return soon! Lilibeth was always up to date and that's worth a lot!.

We stayed here for 6 months and it was awesome great space. Apartment was good and the host was very responsive with every thing we asked for. Rio Mar as a complex is such a beautiful spot with everyone one needs. The only thing I would say is if you are coming here from the airport in Panama City, don’t use this hosts taxi/transportation. We did on our way to the apartment and paid about triple to what we paid when we left the apartment. Look around to find a local trusted driver and you can get there much cheaper. All in all, was a great stay and would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I had a lovely relaxing stay. The apartment is clean, very spacious and in a quiet location. The host was extremely attentive and super helpful. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to either book again or recommend it to others.

Amazing stay! The home is spacious, open, comfortable, & charming! Filled with personality, artsy items, games, amenities. Beautiful fresh flowers, fruit, & champagne were thoughtful touches. Many areas to relax & every spot an amazing view! The sound of the waves is heard even with windows shut. It was so calming and peaceful. The yard is huge with lots of seating and several hammocks. The beach is at the bottom of the backyard stairs with a tiled outdoor shower. Our kid and dogs loved the long, quiet beach. The water was warm, swimmable, with nearby tide pools. Lioni & Rogelio, the caretakers, kept the yard & house spotless. They were warm, kind, and allowed us privacy while also being available. Rogelio bought fresh shrimp and Lioni cooked it for us for dinner. It was delicious. Adrien & Rosa were friendly, thoughtful, responsive, and communicative. It is a beautiful & happy place. We were sad to leave & cannot wait to return. (We recommend nearby Mambo Italiano & Melree’s)

Excellent experience. I would definitely come back again. Manuel was always attentive to any need we had regarding the property. I recommend this property for large groups looking to connect with nature and have a good time between friends, or as it was in my case, as a family. Rating: 10/10

The place is bigger than what the pictures show. It is a very spacious house and it has everything you may need for a great stay. The pool is great and it’s an incredible plus to the rental. Our host was very responsive.

My wife and I stay in 12 to 15 Airbnb’s per year. This was hands down the best experience we have had in the past three years. Amazing view, super clean, beautifully appointed and from the great beach towels to the very comfortable furniture and bed, our stay was literally perfect. Great communication, excellent instructions and an accurate description of the property too. Many thanks for a remarkable experience!

We stayed at Lorraine and Stan's condo for 3 and a half months. It is a very nice unit in a highly desirable building in Playa Coronado. We had stayed in the same building the previous year. This unit was a significant upgrade for us and we were very pleased with our choice. The condo is on the east side of the building which is preferable to the west side. Direct midday sunshine, which can be extreme, is avoided and that helps keep the temperature in the unit down. We never once turned on the air conditioning. The unit has been outfitted with several large ceiling fans which were all we needed. There is also a prevailing breeze from the ocean to enjoy through the large window openings. Lorraine and Stan are excellent hosts. Our communications were always prompt and helpful. When a couple of minor issues arose (as they always due during a long term stay), Stan came immediately to carry out the necessary repairs. All-in-all, we had an excellent stay.

Thank you very much Eugenia, you were always listening to us, you fixed the water heater problem very quickly. We loved the apartment, great location, very nice view.
