This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Pietro was a wonderful host with a wonderful apartment right on the canal. Everything was as described and he was flexible with us arriving early, which we appreciated very much! The unit was beautiful The local recommendations were great. He helped arranged a water taxi, checked on us and even reached out about a lost and found item. Will absolutely stay again. Thank you, Pietro!

You won’t meet a more kind and wonderful host! The apartment is spacious and great for a long or short-term stay. The location is very convenient for travelling to and from Venice. Would recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would go back again.

We stayed a few days in Rosa's place and it was perfect. Easily accessible, very good communication with Rosa, large, clean, functional and practical accommodation. It is very well located. Very quiet and only a 10-minute walk to Place Saint Marc. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to a vaporetto stop. In short, ideal for a good stay in Venice. I totally recommend this host and place to stay. To be booked without a second thought.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Highly recommended, perfect place for a vacation. Cleanliness , silence, accessibility of transport and supermarkets in the area, a park with ducks and otters that can be fed. Hosts deserve special praise. Clear and detailed instructions on how to get into the property, recommendations, and even help when my husband got sick. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. We had a pleasant stay. The hostess is really great – warm, helpful and always responsive, for which there is a big compliment! The accommodation itself is a bit outdated, but clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location was not particularly exciting for us, especially for children there were only a few possibilities for activities in the area. Overall, still a nice stay thanks to the great hostess!

Very clean apartment, great for families. Close to the beach, has a pool and small snack bar on premises. About a 10 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the ferry in San Marco.

It was a very nice stay again. The apartment is well furnished and spacious and the campsite offers everything your (children's) heart desires. In the restaurant you can also go out to eat with children and the supermarket at the campsite can be reached quickly and has everything you need. The package also includes loungers by the pool and beach with a great location. The hosts are extremely friendly, straightforward and help where they can. Highly recommended, especially for vacation with small children!

Our stay in Punta Sabbioni was truly enjoyable. We stayed in a very comfortable bungalow, well-kept and equipped with everything we needed to relax. A special thanks to Simone, who welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we arrived late, he kindly waited for us and greeted us with a genuine smile. His kindness is top-notch! It’s rare to find such authentic and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!
