House vacation rentals in San Giovanni Bianco

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Great place in Franciacorta, really close to everything you need

Daniela's Home was Amazing on the Lake. Daniela met us for check in. Check In and out was easy. The home had everything you needed. She had a wonder fruit Basket and Bread and jams for toast in the mornings. The home was super clean. We took a wonder ride around the whole lake (about 45 minutes) . Seen so many amazing little villages and places to shop and explore. Highly recommend the lake ride. Restaurants and cafe's were less than 5 minutes a way. Shopping in Iseo, with beautiful water front and and ferry boats less than 10 minutes away. Parking right at the home in a gated community. 5 Stars Ron March 2025

Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Silvana's airbnb is a real marvel in the heights of Sondrio. Cagnoletti is a village with the autenthic architecture of the Italian alpine pastures. The stone house is well made, with everything you need to feel at home and surrounded by wonderful nature. If you wake up early enough, you'll be able to observe deer or deer through the window right next to the house. In addition, the people in the village are welcoming and friendly. It's a real piece of paradise ♡

Mariagrazia place was great! Good location, space, clean and she was extremely helpful whenever needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The hosts went above and beyond — they met us at the top of the street to guide us to the garage and apartment, walked us through the space to make sure we were comfortable, and even helped carry our bags up the stairs. They were responsive, kind, and gave us the best food and activity recommendations of our entire trip. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The location is stunning — peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous views, yet still easy to get to nearby towns. If you’re driving, the dedicated garage space makes parking a breeze. Our only regret is not staying longer. Be sure to spend time in the private garden — it’s a serene little slice of paradise. The owners are incredibly lucky to have hosts who clearly take such pride in the experience they provide. We felt truly cared for, and we’ll absolutely be back.

A beautiful house in great condition in Colico. The house offered enough space for 3 families with a total of 5 children. Inside and outside, everything is very well maintained and of high quality. If you want, you can quickly walk to the lake. However, if you want to experience something, the car is indispensable.

Very nice single storey apartment, very well located, two minutes walk from the Varenna pier, with a very nice patio and a peaceful flower garden. It's a great place to rest after sightseeing around Como Lake. Hosts are very considerate and responsive, you feel at home. Access instructions are very clear and recommendations nearby are offered.

Beautiful house with lake view in a typical village. Vehicle is necessary to reach the pier to other villages. The house is very well equipped, clean and the terrace is the cherry on the cake! A warm welcome. It is the ideal place to recharge and discover the treasures of Lake Como.

All as described. Great house with great garden. It was a perfect fit for us with two families, the kids loved the garden and pool. Beautiful beach within walking distance, baker right next door. The adjacent main road is noisy, but that was already apparent from previous reviews.
