Villas in San Gimignano

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro’s home. We found that the location was very central in terms of getting to other villages /towns (pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino etc). The home itself is very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Having coffee on the back deck by the pool every morning was wonderful. The house has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils, coffee maker etc. Pietro answered all of our questions before and during our stay, and was a wonderful host.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

Absolutely in awe of this little gem! The place itself was new and fresh but still with that Tuscan look and feel. Set amongst the most gorgeous gardens with a pool. The town had everything you need, a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Florence, the airport and Pisa were so close and easy to get to. Not to mention the beds were super comfy and the aircon was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay and Manuela was so lovely, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back if ever in Tuscany again! Glad we booked here it was just honestly perfect and such a highlight of our big Europe trip.

Our stay was super nice. We were very warmly welcomed by Isabella and Claudio, who gave us many good suggestions for excursions, including a few insider tips for the region. Furthermore, the two were always open to questions and super warm communication. Overall, we were able to spend a super nice week full of exciting day trips and relaxing days in the sun.

Fantastic location in beautiful Siena right by the escalators and close enough to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable, with adequate hot water, good ac/heat and comfy beds. Davide was very helpful in making a couple of dinner reservations for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will gladly recommend this Airbnb to others!

10/10. Quiet place, Giuliana is reliable, friendly and very helpful. If I can go back to Italy, I would go back to her house without hesitation. The area is close to everything and there's a lot to do.

Concetta was a great host and communicator. She offered suggestions on neighboring towns to visit and their history. Always accommodating when we needed supplies.

Giulia's place is beautiful and a lot of room. Located very near the train station for easy ride to Florence or any other locations. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and Giulia recommended a few great ones which we enjoyed. Every thing in the house was as advertised and the bed was great to sleep on. Felt very secure in house. If you are hiring a car we recommend parking which is secure under the train station. Only 200 metres away and very very cheap. Very tidy and clean apartment. Thank you Giulia for being a great host

The apartment was comfortable and contained everything you need. The location in the middle of the village was very good as we were walking distance to the whole village. Davide was a very nice and accommodating host who kindly answered our questions and gave us tips.

I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Massimo's place in San Gimignano!!! We couldn't have asked for a better location in the town. We spent three wonderful days there and we will cherish the memories we made. Massimo was so nice and his wine bar was perfect. If we're ever lucky enough to come back to San Gimignano then we will definitely stay here again. It fit six of us comfortably. Thank you for the excellent service, Massimo!!!

Beautiful farmhouse and very competent and helpful host. Definitely recommended

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Had a lovely stay at Monica's. Super helpful and accommodating. Close enough to go to Florence for a day trip. Monica gave us a good suggestion of where to park and then take a train in to the city. Would definitely stay again. We did have a rental car, would be more of a challenge on foot/transit.

David’s home steps from the Arno was perfect. It was clean, had all the needed amenities, and was the perfect location to explore both the city center and the Oltrano. The little private square was a nice break from the bustle of the surrounding streets. We would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful place!!! Loved staying here outside the hustle and bustle of Florence. The place is huge - big living room and good sized bedroom. Also has the cutest little kitchen!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!
