Fantastic location, great security, friendly neighbors. We were in town for medical procedure with our pets and this was the perfect place to prepare and recover before heading back home 4 hours away. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions and concerns and were a step ahead of us with feeling welcomed.

Amazing place, our stay was short but sweet, I highly recommend this place. The rooftop is great to explore and is very close to a lot of local restaurants and other places of interest.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. The air conditioners in the rooms worked well. We had everything we needed - did not really cook - made coffee and eggs. The apartment faces a park and the building has a nice gym and pool. The apt is walking distance to a shopping plaza, small bars/coffee shops and also to the highway (with its pros and cons/noise). We would come back to Veronica's apt!

We had a great stay in Playa Grande. The appartment is tidy, feels spacious, and the kitchen is equipped to do some basic cooking. It's a 15 minute walk to the beach, which we did, but taking the car and paying 2000 colones to park near the beach is also an option. The appartment feels very private and the area is quiet, although you can find some nice restaurants within a 100 meters! Would recommend this place to everyone. We were even thinking about staying longer, but the place had been fully booked. So if you get the chance, go for it!

The place was fantastic for what we needed. Walkable access to many great restaurants, a small grocery store that had plenty to work with, and a gym. Well outfitted kitchen, great WiFi and smart tv. Comfy beds. It’s in a gated community with several other clusters of condos, each with their own gate & security. Be prepared to tell security you are renting an Air B&B with the info that Michael sends you every time you come in. Michael’s communication was excellent and friendly. Very great value four our family of four! I

I had a great stay at David's place! The place is amazing. Safe, clean, modern, quiet and relax. Many places to eat at walk distance. The host is super responsive. The apartment building was very secure, and the staff on - site was very helpful and attentive. I will stay again and recommend to everyone.
