San Fernando vacation rentals

Great place! It's conveniently located near bus terminals and grocery stores, and just minutes away from San Juan. The AC works well, and the ambiance is great. It's easy to find, as it's near the subdivision gate. I just wish the water heater in the main bathroom worked, and that the TV was at least an Android TV so we could watch Netflix or YouTube. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, but the signal reception is good, so you can use your data. Overall, it’s a great stay! Ate is very nice and responds quickly.

Peaceful place yet still close enough to quickly head over to La Union’s cafes and restos (and the beach)! The unit was also complete with kitchenware so it was easy to prep meals. My team and I were comfy during our stay and the place is spacious for groups. Neil was friendly and accommodating, too. Very welcoming and ready to suggest tourist spots. We appreciate your proactiveness. Would definitely book with you for group stays in La Union!

Very beautiful house, tastefully furnished, clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The private courtyard and pool was a great place to hangout and relax. Chloe was prompt with our request for a last minute stay, making it a highlight to our visit in the Philippines from Canada. We really didn’t want to leave!

Jaspher’s place in La Union was great, and perfect for our one night stay. It was exactly as described in the listing, and the location is very convenient. We were able to park inside the gate, so our vehicle was safe and secure. Check-in was easy, and Erick answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. Once inside, I was actually surprised at how spacious it was because from the outside it looked a bit small. All of the rooms have inverter aircon, so we all slept very comfortably and cool. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates and drinking glasses. Our only gripe was that the stairs were a bit too steep for our elderly companions. Overall, I give Jaspher’s place very high marks and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting La Union!

Ms Amalia and Ms Shey were very responsive to my messages, i had a few requests and they attended to it very responsively... sorry i forgot to take the name of Kuya who was the one who welcomed us in the unit, but he is also very friendly. The place was very clean, very private, and very relaxing. The pool area is also clean. All claims in their listing was there. It's just unfortunate though that the weather was not that great, that we weren't able to enjoy the beach... the road going to the place needs improvement as well, though this is not the host's fault, but it would be great if their brgy could do something with it for a better guest experience. All in all, we had a relaxing ad greay time at their place! Till next booking Ms Shey and Ms Amalia!

The villa is indeed a place where you will be relaxed and refreshed due to its peaceful vibe and neighborhood. One great thing as well it is just near to the beach which it only has few people going there. Will definitely recommend this place and will go back soon! ⭐️
