House vacation rentals in San Felice Circeo

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week. 🙏

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

The house was great highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a break away near the beach and a short walk to the town. Excellent host and roomy rooms. Many thanks

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. Just a few minutes from the supermarkets and the sea (inside the Colleromito Consortium, in the evening you can stroll inside the Consortium of which the house is part). The owner Roberto was very helpful and kind from the first phone contact for all kinds of our requests. 4 state-of-the-art air conditioners are available to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is equipped, complete with 2 fridge + 1 very spacious freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven+oven. The TV is present in the living room, guests' arrangement is also available to connect the TV+ your devices. 2 bathrooms with showers. The interior of the house is well cared for, easy to clean. The real plus is the garden with lots of greenery that is always good for the view and heart, with a patio where you can eat or experience recreational moments. Parking inside the Consortium. The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories found in many (but not all) accommodations (hairdryer, iron, drying rack, kitchen accessories...) here there is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the beach, food containers, anti-insect bite stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was very clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the cool evenings. The barbecue area is equipped with everything. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, deckchair, beach towels. There are not many shops but there is everything you need and a stone's throw away, including an ice cream parlor and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with the electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was close to stores, restaurants, the railway station and the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We can highly recommend to stay there.

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

We were very happy. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person. The house is beautiful and is in a very convenient place, 7 min walk to the sea and 2 to get to the city center. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back

Danilo and his family were incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts. Their home in Sabaudia is clean and beautiful with a stunning outdoor cooking area, large, open spaces, had plenty of space for larger families travelling, and the downstairs shower was a dream. They generously gave us a delicious crostata and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We ran into some transport trouble due to a public transport strike on the day we were due to arrive, and Danilo was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding, going the extra mile to help us navigate Italy’s public transport system. The house is conveniently located close to a major supermarket and is a short walk away from the town’s major piazza with all the amenities. This is one of the best places to stay for any trip to Sabaudia.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, finished and very clean, Emanuela super kind and helpful... I spent two nights really well and relaxing given the location of the house away from the noise and the city's hustle and bustle... I will certainly return ☺️☺️
