Vacation rentals with a patio in San Dionisio

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

Jane’s place was like my family’s second home. This is our 3rd time to stay in her place. I appreciate her timely replies to my queries and efforts to accommodate my requests. Will definitely come back for a long weekend staycation.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

The host was responsive and anytime we had questions or needed assistance, she replied with helpful information. Very accessible to the MRT station as well.

Excellent use of space. The unit was neat and orderly. Also, the table size is good for remote workers, and the Wi-Fi worked properly during our stay. P.S: I really liked their pillows the most, had the best sleep in a while :D

We stayed for 2 days, and it was a great experience! The room design felt like it was straight out of a Studio Ghibli movie—so cozy and beautiful. The aircon was cold, and check-in was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem. Property is just along the road but obscured by busses, dont go inside the compound once you reach the map pin because its literally just along the road but you got to make a quick turn to get to the entrance. I love this place it will be enjoyable during summer.

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️

It's our second stay here and it was still awesome as the first time. Highly recommendable. Will surely come back next month.

It was nice and pleasant and the neighbors were very good to me.

Top floor was the best spot of the place! Had a blast so much celebrating my birthday with my friends. Even the village guard is very cool and assisted us the whole night for the parking. props also to the caretaker who assisted us from day 0 until the end. And of course, the host from inquiries, to booking until the end. This place exceeds my expectation. 5 Stars!

Amazing place with all the amenities you can think of in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by 2 huge malls and a ton of fruit and meat stands and mom and pop restaurants

Dale and Chim's place is by far the cleanest airbnb we booked and complete with the toiletries such as toothbrush, soap, shampoo, clean towels, etc. We liked their unit's design like the wall paintings, tables and chairs, sofa. Bedrooms are clean and has enough space to have a comfortable sleep. Main one has balcony with a nice view of other buildings and pool (which is free btw). The other one has a computer table set where one can work or study. They have electric stove, microwave, cooking utensils, ref so it's easy to stock up and prepare your own food. The condo has its own convenience store and laundry shop. Parking is a bit of a challenge but owners are helpful enough to find us a slot (@350 per day). One of the highlights are the boardgames available for the family and friends to play with. Our kids loved them. Most importanly sir Dale and Ms. Chim are very friendly, accommodating and responsive to our messages and requests. We enjoyed spending Christmas at their place. TY.

The place was very cozy and clean. It gives you a real homey vibe. There are a lot of nearby places to go to - restaurants, park and convenience stores. Additionally, the host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it again on our next trip.
