Wonderful house, equipped, with spacious, bright and cozy rooms and impeccable cleanliness. The outdoor space is beautiful and quiet, perfect for summer dinners. Barbara and her family are very kind and always attentive hosts. The location is perfect for visiting the Ionian coast of Salento and the value for money is very affordable! Top choice!

The apartment was a real "gem"and the welcome was excellent , the host was always attentive to us, giving us great advice from the area . We had a problem with the car and you helped us fix it . First time and Lecce and the apartment’s location was absolutely perfect - a 3 minute walk to one of the old town’s walled gates. Riccardo was quick in communication and self check in was very easy. The apartment is exceptionally quiet and very private. Very peaceful. Very quick WIFI - 250gbs minimum. Easy walk to minimarket and pastry shops for breakfast stuff. Apartment kitchen spotless and has everything one needs for cook a meal, if you want that option. Would happily book the apartment if I returned to Lecce 🇮🇹⚡️

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we did not have neighbors above. The terrace with garden view is very nice.

We stayed at Andrea’s place for a week, wish we had booked two weeks. Very comfortable apartment, 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and screens on every door and window allowing windows to be opened while enjoying the apartment. The terrace is gigantic and weather was good, so afternoons we could have Aperitivo on the terrace. Andrea was a gracious host and was readily available to answer any questions. He recommended Container Pizza, a 3 minute walk from the apartment, pizza was great & inexpensive, so we went twice. Having a supermarket next door was convenient and allowed us to pick up supplies as needed. The walk to Historic Lecce was 25-30 minutes on foot and very enjoyable to walk. We would highly recommend Andrea’s place and look forward to a future visit.

Everything worked out great and we liked it. Due to the very fast and friendly communication before the stay, we were well prepared. Before arrival, a colleague then contacted us and we were received on site. Everything worked out great, we were shown the apartment and received more tips for the stay. For questions that arose during the time, we received an answer very quickly and Guiseppe was an excellent and super friendly contact person. Parking on site is not easy, but there is a large parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment that we used. Alternatively, you can also book an underground parking space via Fiorenza. The apartment itself is not huge, but very new and well maintained with a large bathroom and small balcony from which you can see the sea. Ideally located on the promenade, you have everything – shops, restaurants, beaches – outside the door.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Villa Annarita . Luigi and Annarita were very hospitable and we felt very comfortable with our 2 children. The absolute highlight is the pool where we spent many hours. The house has everything you need, by car you are quickly everywhere at supermarkets, in the city or restaurants. The perfect beach with children is a little further away but we always liked to go there because it is just perfectly flat with children ( Torre San Giovanni )

The stay at Roberta's property was impeccable, every aspect of the structure is thought out in every detail. The hospitality and staff are definitely one of the highlights. The spaces are spacious and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a comfortable and well located place.

Great location - easy walk into city center. The apartment was spacious and loved the look! The downstairs was our favorite area! We had car issues on the day of our checkout and Daniel was very helpful in getting us in touch with a taxi service. Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended Daniel and his apartment!

Lovely house, close to the sea. Quiet area. Probably busier in the summer. Had a nice stay. Entire family was super friendly and helpful.

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, beautiful bathroom. 5 min to the beach. Very good air conditioning that automatically turns off when you open the door to the outside . Overall, I highly recommend it. The only note may be that I didn't know before check-in that there was only one window in one bedroom that overlooks the cage-that was a slight downside.

We felt comfortable, also thanks to some provided little things, which immediately allowed us a good everyday life. The location of the apartment was ideal, likeable street with all the shops, bars, restaurants you need and good walking distance to the historic center. We would come back.

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

Cozy apartment with plenty of space on the outskirts of Lecce. Best location if you are traveling by car. Michele was always kind and made for an earlier check-in time. We will be happy to come back!

Superb apartment in every which way! Central location, impeccable apartment and a fantastic terrace with the best views of Lecce. Federica is so very helpful and friendly. We expect to be back!

Great welcome from the host. Welcome with a bottle of wine and juices for the kids,we found a comfortable and serene environment. Antonio was an immense store of information. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 boys). The house is located in a clean and quiet area. With convenience store available and a restaurant. For our gypsy vacation it was a great support. But not suitable for those who want to turn off the car and forget it. It is a few kilometers from a large center,and strategic for those who want to visit Puglia far and wide.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped, very quiet and roomy with a good bakery (Danny’s) nearby.
