Everything was very good the house nice and in good condition, we only had a problem with the gas q it had finished but they solved it

Nice people. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The property is well equipped, with comfortable spaces to share with friends and family. I especially enjoyed the quiet environment and the comfort of having what you need. It was definitely a good experience and I would consider this option again for future occasions.

Excellent place to share an enjoyable day accompanied by friendships/family, I would definitely go again on a summer day to take advantage of the pool and more.

Lorena has been a great host! Always available and very kind. The apartment looks much better in person. The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to supermarket, movies, pharmacies, etc. Also the apartment is walking distance from the Lima golf and restaurants. Lita home is a great place to stay in San Isidro and if your stay is gonna be long, this is the spot! You’re gonna feel it like home.

Came here for the second time since I loved it the first time around. Still a great spot in Barranco!

All communication is more than good, the truth. Always responded quickly and at the time of all inquiries about any matter. She is also attentive in case of accidents and that is highly valued. I really liked the attention.

The environment is clean, nice and cozy, ideal for hosting a family, has good attention and amenities (hot water, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen and dining utensils, internet, etc.). I highly recommend it.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Yudith s home. it's very peaceful and close to anything you want or need. The area is very safe and the coffee shops are a great place for stimulating conversation. Yes, I rebooked ☺️☺️

Beautiful apartment and helpful host!!

I had to book last minute because I had an overnight connection at the Lima airport. Even at 11 PM the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, and personally met me to let me into the unit. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the place was Clean. The only drawback for “western“ travelers is the neighborhood is probably a bit on the rough side if you are not used to urban areas in South America. But the friendliness and responsiveness of the host more than made up for it!

Great place to stay, the quiet area and a few minutes from the airport. The time to check in and out was very flexible so it was very helpful in my case that I had flights with a stopover. Excellent accommodation!

We had a very nice stay in Barranco with Matthias and would come back anytime and opt for this Airbnb again. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. In particular, there was also plenty of storage space and space. The location is super close to good cafes and restaurants (thank you again for the great tips). It is relatively noisy in the apartment due to its proximity to a larger street, but we still slept well. In the evening we sometimes had to wait a few minutes at the front door to get in, but Diego, the doorman was very kind.

As expected, this place was just like the first time we washed everything spotless with a top service. The location is splendid to go for a walk to visit a restaurant, a quick purchase or even get close to the sea. Maria's care is excellent, we will return soon without a doubt

Fiorela's family was very attentive to us, we hired the airport pick up service and we no longer cared about arriving at the house, they let us know the time of arrival and extended the departure time without any problems. The apartment is in a good well-connected and safe area, with restaurants and supermarket nearby. I traveled with my two children and they were very happy, they enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the children's equipment it has, with play and puzzles. In short, I recommend this apartment and Fiorela

I would advise everyone going to Lima stay with Renzo, he is a great guy responds in a timely matter, and provides you with as much information as he can about places to see, and things to do. He even offered to walk with my group to show us places to eat when we first arrived (mind you we landed at 11pm) great guy! Im lucky to have got such a great host ! THANKS RENZO ! 5 star experience

I'll start by saying Fernando was an excellent host! Very proactive and very responsive to me as a guest. The house itself was as described and matched the photos well except it was a bit larger than I thought. Which was great. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. I immediately felt at home in Fernando's place. The courtyard of the dining room was great. The roof top terrace was awesome. I really loved the whole house. I can't say enough good things. For those looking to stay at Fernando's, Kennedy Park is a leisurely 15 minute walk away. As is the Indian and Inca Markets. About a 30 minute walk to Larcomar. There is an excellent restaurant about a 5 minute walk away called Don Vito that I highly recommend as well. Thank you Fernando for being an excellent host and for such a wonderful stay! Thank you Jesus for you attentiveness as well! All the best to you and yours!

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

Great location, walkable during the day, taxi or Uber at night 5 mins away from the Main Street of Barranco, 15 mins to Kennedy. Great WiFi, hot showers, use the one upstairs if you like it very hot. Very quiet at night and washer and dryer work great. Kitchen was fully equipped and host provided coffee filters and trash bags, coffee filters can be hard to find here so huge + from me. We entertained friends and family and made meals with easy, and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! Greta change of pace from hotels/apartments with strict door policies and document requirements. Senior Cesar and his wife were so friendly and kind, I cannot thank them enough for showing me the place and helping me find my wallet when leaving, she even gave me food for the ride to the airport :)!
