Everything was very good the house nice and in good condition, we only had a problem with the gas q it had finished but they solved it

Disadvantages: None in particular. Everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family looking for a relaxed and fun place.

Excellent place to share an enjoyable day accompanied by friendships/family, I would definitely go again on a summer day to take advantage of the pool and more.

Lorena has been a great host! Always available and very kind. The apartment looks much better in person. The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to supermarket, movies, pharmacies, etc. Also the apartment is walking distance from the Lima golf and restaurants. Lita home is a great place to stay in San Isidro and if your stay is gonna be long, this is the spot! You’re gonna feel it like home.

Beautiful house with a beautiful outdoor area to spend time with family and friends. Unfortunately, pool bathroom wasn’t 💯 operational but Ricardo’s was on top of it and responsive. Great times. !

we visited the house the first week of November and had a great time, Jareck is a good host, he was always ready for any help. The house is large and its facilities very comfortable. Recommended!

Great place if you are looking at going out and having some fun. the street is noisy at night so the a/c was instrumental to be able to keep the noise down by closing the windows. overall I would recommend it.

It is a cozy and very tidy atmosphere, and it is located in a central area to be able to go to various places. We all felt very comfortable and at home

We really enjoyed our stay at Matthias place in lovely Barranco! There are loads of great cafes, restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. We really liked the cozy balcony for our morning coffee. As pointed out by previous refiews, it is located on a busy street (in a busy city) - but as we are both used to sleeping with earplugs it was no issue at all. Matthias and his team of people tending for the house are very friendly and responsive. Can absolutely recommend this beautiful place in Barranco!

My boyfriend and I spent an entire month in this beautiful apartment and we felt absolutely at home. Mrs. Elvia is a wonderful owner, very friendly and helpful. She was always in touch and was very positive with us. The apartment is located in a beautiful and safe area and literally a 10 minute walk from the ocean. Nearby there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a very tasty bakery. The apartment is quiet and very homely with many beautiful details. We would be glad to come back again. The highest recommendations.

We had a great few days at Giselle's house. It's very spacious and very good value. It's in a lovely location right in the centre of Barranco and it's a really charming place to stay - traditional and has lovely natural light through the courtyard. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Do bear in mind it doesn't have very good noise insulation and there are children nearby, so if you're very sensitive to noise this might not be for you.

I'll start by saying Fernando was an excellent host! Very proactive and very responsive to me as a guest. The house itself was as described and matched the photos well except it was a bit larger than I thought. Which was great. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. I immediately felt at home in Fernando's place. The courtyard of the dining room was great. The roof top terrace was awesome. I really loved the whole house. I can't say enough good things. For those looking to stay at Fernando's, Kennedy Park is a leisurely 15 minute walk away. As is the Indian and Inca Markets. About a 30 minute walk to Larcomar. There is an excellent restaurant about a 5 minute walk away called Don Vito that I highly recommend as well. Thank you Fernando for being an excellent host and for such a wonderful stay! Thank you Jesus for you attentiveness as well! All the best to you and yours!

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

Absolutely amazing all around. We were there for about 3 weeks with a toddler and everything was flawless. Pepita is an incredible host and Edith an amazing person. Everything is very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location is excellent and safe. Cannot recommend the place more.
