Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Bernardino

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient for our visit to friends in Nemby, but quite far from downtown Asuncion with lots of traffic. We loved having access to the pool and the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment comfortable.

Diego and Ximena were very friendly to us in our stay. We went to see a football game and Diego not only help us with everything but we also felt sure that nothing was in danger when we were not in the apartment. Highly recommended if you visit Asuncion.

Excellent apartment in the most beautiful, safe and quiet area of Asuncion. Very comfortable for one or two people. The building has excellent amenities such as pool, gym, sauna and spa. I recommend it!

In truth, excellent. Of course I was guided by the comments of others to choose this place and confirmed that it is the best option. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable. EVERYTHING IS close by, everything. Very nice area. The only “criticism” is that the terrace, where the pool is, has only 3 lounge chairs and the capacity is for 10 people. It happened to us that we went one day and there were 3 people using the lounge chairs and we had no place to sit, so we stayed next to the pool. I understand the consortium should sort that out. Everything else, nothing to add. They reserve with total peace of mind this apartment, they will not regret it.

Veronica's house is spectacular. It has absolutely everything you need to have a nice stay. The premium facilities and appliances. The pool and grill is a luxury. Although the house is magnificent, Veronica does not stay behind. She was very attentive to us, very easy check-in and check-out too. It helped us get transportation for our group. I would definitely come back.

Enjoyed our stay in Asuncion. The apartment had everything we needed.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Nice apartment, great amenities and super friendly host, only minus is that it is relatively far from the city, so it requires uber or similar for most things, but super nice and quiet area

Ma Fernanda's apartment is super complete, very comfortable, the place is beautiful, the facilities of the complex are beautiful, there is not much noise of vehicles, horns, you can rest. And she is a loving person, very attentive and kind!! How we arrived almost in the afternoon and were tired we asked for dinner sandwich de lomito with potatoes fritas and super rich everything with Delivery service from the New Market of the complex!! I would stay there again!!
