Vacation rentals with beach access in Sampieri

The apartment was super clean and literally 5 steps from the beach. The host was amazing and the place very peaceful ☺️

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

We spent six wonderful weeks living in Salvatore’s apartment overlooking the Fonte Aretusa (1 OCT-14 NOV). The location is amazing. We spent hours sitting on our balcony watching the maritime and pedestrian traffic go by. There is cable TV, but we never turned it on for 6 weeks. We live in NYC, so for us there was no unusual amount of noise, especially if you lower the shutters at night. The apartment is on the first floor (2nd floor American), but only 19 easy steps up. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked about half our dinners there, and, for the rest, the apartment is within a 5-minute walk to over a dozen restaurants, including two great ones: Oz-eta and La Cuccagna al Duomo. Salvatore was a great help in recommending places to eat, shop and swim. Swift and excellent communications consistently. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great host, friendly and flexible. Spacious and light place, good kitchen, large living room and balcony. Fantastic ocean views. Easy parking. Close walk to beaches and restaurants. Pozzallo is not a town with many tourists which we appreciated. Only downside is the local youth gathering in the little park outside on weekend evenings, but the sleeping rooms are in the back and undisturbed. Absolutely good value!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Origia, and Allessandra''s apartment was a perfect base to explore the island. It is beautifully designed, clean and modern. Cosy upstairs bedroom, great shower and nice lighting. We were left lots of little extras and a sweet souvenir. We highly recommend this apartment with its location and great sea view.

What an absolute gem! The apartment was as beautiful as the surrounding and was an excellent base for a wonderful week away. We wanted for nothing… everything was well kept, clean and super stylish! We LOVED it!

We had a wonderful stay with Angelo and Rosanna who extended our summer. In addition to the hospitable warmth of the hosts, the old olive tree in the garden, the permission to use the herbs for cooking, the sound of the sea with which we fell asleep and woke up gave our stay a very special magic. The apartment is really nice and we enjoyed every minute there to the fullest. Sicily is a wonderful place for us and we have been able to extend our summer in this magical place right on the beach for a few days. Grazie.

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

we had a few trouble finding the place but no drama. The property is located in a small settlement and is accordingly quiet. For restaurants and supermarket you need the car. a small free beach is within walking distance and was nice and quite clean and offers to collect many mussels. will be happy to come back

I stayed for a week at Massimo's place in November. It was absolutely stunning and I could not have chosen a better place and host. Warning: At least in November, the rooftop terrace can be so well-temperatured and sunny that you may end up staying there for hours and miss out on some of the great cafés and restaurants downstairs and downtown :) Massimo and his wife were super helpful. Ortigia is very beautiful and people are so friendly. I can't wait to return. It was also spotless clean by the way. Many thanks, Massimo, for sharing this wonderful place!

Spectacular our stay at Francesca's Little House! Super comfortable, close to everything, and gave us local food suggestions that we obviously followed her tips and had a great time! Our next stay for sure will come back like Francesca, thank you! And the breakfast great! Complete 🙌

We had a good time in the house, easy beach access. The last 100m to the house is a dirt road and you need to be careful driving at night.

We stayed at this beautifully designed apartment for a few weeks. The location is great and everything is within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the deck area even in November. Francesco was a marvelous host who responded quickly to our questions. His brother lives on the floor below and he was also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

Spacious 2 floor apartment in a great location, everywhere is walkable and it is lovely to be on the balcony looking out across the square. The apartment was very well equipped and the bedroom is huge with a comfy bed. Bathroom is small but has everything you need. The people managing the apartment also helped me to book a fab boat trip and were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a fab stay.

Thanks to a great info about late hour, we were able to do a self-check-in and found a wonderfully preheated apartment, which is brilliant at the time of year. Siracusa showed itself from the most beautiful side and so we could also enjoy the wonderful roof terrace, where we could also experience the turn of the year. Fireworks all around, nice atmosphere and then it was quiet again. Francesco's apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. We were very comfortable and welcome. Thank you! Bea&Chris

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property in a lovely city. Maria’s unit is the perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler. The property is well designed, spotless, and has a lovely small balcony with a beautiful sunset view of the water and boats in the harbor. Maria gave excellent recommendations for dining, aperitif, driver and activities. We loved the place and Ortygia so much we extended our stay an extra night. Maria responded to any questions within minutes. Don’t hesitate to book!

I can’t say enough good things about this airbnb. Manuel went above and beyond meeting my husband and I when we arrived in Ortigia and helped us bring our bags up. He was incredibly kind helpful and available anytime I reached out. The space is absolutely stunning. It is private, incredibly clean, cozy and beautiful. This was my me and my husband’s first time in Ortigia visiting family and I felt like this was home for the week. The location is incredible and I felt it was very well worth the money. I can’t recommend it enough, thank you for sharing your space Manuel!

The house is lovely, finely furnished in a modern style with two large outdoor spaces. Perfectly clean and organized, it directly overlooks the seafront. All areas of interest are within walking or, if you prefer, with bikes provided by Guido and Maddi. Despite the centrality of the house and proximity to the port, the area is very quiet and very quiet and nearby parking is free. Guido and Maddi welcomed us, recommended and satisfied us in our late check-out request, always with kindness and availability. Marina di Ragusa is also beautiful, fresh, in a great location to visit southeastern Sicily and this house has made it an unforgettable experience.

The appartement was very clean and comfortable ! We had everything we need and Cristina even let us some Food, milk and water for breakfast. In addition she agreed to do the Check in in 6 pm instead of the morning in order to let us enjoy our last day before taking our train ! Finally Cristina was always proactive I f we needed any recommandations or if we had questions We really enjoyed our stay !
