First of all: You don't need to think twice to book Manoli and Loukia's place if you want to spend a great holiday in Samos. Manoli and Loukia are not just great hosts, but also very friendly and lovely persons. Both of them were always helpful, gave us insider's tips and spent some time connecting with us. You can see that they love doing what they are doing. The room was exactly as it was depicted in the photos. As we checked-in we found a lovely little welcome pack waiting for us in our apartment. The room is a 10 - 15 minutes walk to the centre of the town (port-promenade). There are really cool bars, restaurants, and mini markets just a few walking minutes away. The apartment was clean and fully equipped and the neighbourhood calm. Our highlight was the beautiful, seaside garden where we chilled lying in the sun. It has its own access to the sea, so we had our privacy while we spent time swimming. We would definitely stay at Manoli and Loukia's the next time we visit Samos. Niki is very friendly and helpful. She even picked us up at the airport. She gave us good tips about restaurants and recommended us a bus connection. The apartment is very charmingly decorated and has all you need. The balcony invites for a romantic evening.

Although I forgot my phone and caused a bit of trouble with communication, the host was very helpful and resolved everything smoothly. The house was bright, spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need, which felt very thoughtful. While walking to Kokkari center and the beach was a bit far for me, it was just a 2-3 minute drive, and we easily found free parking in the center. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was a huge bonus! Waking up to the sound of roosters was such a charming experience. The bedroom had AC, a ceiling fan, and a standing fan, which was perfect since we prefer sleeping with the fan. Being pregnant, the bed was a bit firm for me, but still comfortable overall. The modern furniture was a big plus. The host left helpful local tips, making it a great stay for first-time visitors. We’d love to return after the baby arrives. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Paraskevi is a great host, so kind and communicative and has looked after her condo a lot. The place is magic, near an awesome beach and nice taverns. The apartment was awesome, very clean and nicely renovated with good sense of decoration. We felt like home. Definitely recommend it!

Maria and Vasili were perfect hosts, their home is very quaint with amazing finishings and touches.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

i was with a friend at Sadie's place in Samos for 9 days, the first time walking for the house because google maps said to the left at the end where we had to turn right. For the rest, Sadie had given a route description with photos and that was actually very easy. Walking to the restaurants ( downtown) was 5 minutes, back up was a little longer to walk. We had rented a car and were able to park it very well personally, I think you need a car to make nice trips or days to the beach there. For the rest, Samos is really a great island where everyone can enjoy themselves. Sadie also has great restaurant tips in the cottage. We stayed at Welcome (book) and food was exquisite. I missed something in the cottage and after asking the question it was brought very quickly, I would definitely recommend the cottage.

We stayed in the beautiful cottage of Katerina for a week in mid-October, and we really enjoyed it! The house is brand new, very high quality and sparkling clean! Downstairs there are two bedrooms with very good beds and a small bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and very well furnished, the living room is very functional, but we did not continue to use it. The highlight ( and the main reason we booked here) is undoubtedly the wonderful roof terrace. Over a narrow spiral staircase (here you should be dizzy) it goes up with a great view over the harbor, the sea and the mountains. Here we spent most of our time, reading, sleeping, listening to music, recovering 😎 The village of Ormos is very nice and super relaxed. But now in October, it was already a lot closed, the end of the season. We'd love to come back, thanks for everything!

Yannis is a great host. It was an extraordinary house. We felt like we were in paradise. The location, views and rooms are excellent. We stayed with 5 people. Everything was great. Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.
