Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

Malama is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday by the sea to the full. The clean and very spacious house offers a beautiful large kitchen and countless outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sea view with a coffee, tea or a book. You can reach the private beach through the wonderfully fragrant garden. It's not a sandy beach, but there are pebbles in all shapes and colours for you to admire. We and our children really enjoyed the beach and swimming in the sea. Kostas and Malama really spoilt us during our stay. From the first to the last minute of our stay we felt extremely welcome. When we moved into the house we found some delicacies such as a wonderful cake baked by Malama, fresh eggs, snacks and sweets. Kostas was very helpful in familiarising us with the accommodation and gave us some very useful advice for good restaurants and places of interest nearby. All in all, we found Malama to be the perfect accomodation for our family holiday on Samos!

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

We were more than satisfied with the accommodation and the host Georgios. Communication went smoothly, we enjoyed the friendliness of the host very much. The pictures of the unit on the Internet match reality. There is a directly adjacent second accommodation, which can also be rented. Everything works perfectly. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful. The sea right outside the door, the village of Ormos Maratokampos is about 700 meters away. There is a fairly well-stocked shopping market and a few restaurants. In the background you can see Kerkis, the highest mountain of Samos. It's a very quiet spot. Swimming right outside the front door is quite possible. The value for money is good. We definitely recommend the place and would also like to stay there again.

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

maria and her place was wonderful. kokkari is my all time favouritte but after this experience it’s more than it. this place is really peaceful, the view is amazing. even we’re in spring, it’s nice to reach that seaside this easy. full equipment of kitchen, comfy beds, nice bath, private parking area and air conditioner for heating in the march; they are all perfect! maria was really such a good person, so nice to have her.

Everything was perfect! Especially parent of Vasislis are so friendly and hospitable, we felt like in our homtown, they always tried us make more comfortable. We spent great time, they were so nice to us, they made our holiday much better and fun! House was really so clean and in the great location, has a sea view and sweet greek atmosphere , just to know that island is so big so you need to drive everywhere around the island. I would definitely come back here :) Thanks for everything Vasilis!

Stellia and Gianis were the most welcoming and wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Warm and generous to a fault we didn't feel like guests at their place; they treated us like family. Stellia communicated with us in English, Greek, and most often in French. At one point during our stay Gianis went into the sea and spear fished an octopus that he and Stellia prepared for our dinner. I only hope that we can continue to enjoy their company in the future. They brought us several meals, in fact, made some breakfast Greek coffee and homemade lemonade and compote. Couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay. I wish we had scheduled more time to stay with them.

Vicky was an amazing and an attentive host checking almost daily if we needed anything. They had never had guests in November and they installed an air conditioner to keep us warm during the colder nights. I understand it was a frantic 24 hrs before we arrived to have it all ready and we truly appreciate their efforts. It was absolutely a lovely stay here and we wish to hopefully come back again one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated Vicky’s thoughtfulness when she arranged a nearby restaurant to keep some food for us as we arrived late on a boat. Vicky was true gem. 💎
