Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

I really appreciate the co host Chanakran for being very responsive. I love and appreciate how the host gave us waters. The check in and check out was very easy. Their home was located in a good location. There was alot of restaurant and spa around their home. Everything they have listed on the Airbnb website are there. One thing that I did notice was some of the bathroom have mold and the smell of the sink. Other than that I do recommend this Airbnb to a friend.

A great place for our family of three. Everything is as described. The host is also exceptionally kind and even helped us when my daughter left her phone at the apartment after check out. The locality is nice and peaceful, and close enough to old town. I would love to come back here again.

I stayed well for 3 days in a pleasant, clean, spacious, and comfortable space like my home. The location of the Airbnb Inn was wrong, so it was hard to take a taxi twice, but Cindy kindly showed me the place, so I was able to check in safely. You listened to my requests for extra pillows and extra towels. The pool and gym at the top of the house were nice, and there is Anusan Market and Night Bazaar Night Market within a 10-15 minute walk, which was also great for playing, watching and eating. It was a precious memory to experience the daily life of Thailand in a condo a little out of the Old City. The restaurant and jazz bar you introduced were also great. Thank you Cindy!

Stay here with my family with total 11 peoples. All staffs is very helpful. Many restaurants & massage shops nearby. This location is very good. We will come back next time.

This is a gorgeous little spot in an ideal, quiet location. Everything you need within walking distance, and everything you need from a house.

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

During our first family trip to Chiang Mai, we stayed at this wonderful accommodation with our 7-year-old and 4-year-old children, my wife, and my mother-in-law, making us a group of five. Finding a suitable hotel was tricky, as even booking two rooms left us unsure of how to divide the spaces. We eventually opted for an Airbnb house with multiple rooms. Although initially worried about mosquitoes and security in the traditional-style house, all our concerns vanished upon arrival, and we immediately felt relaxed. The kids loved exploring the yard and running around the two-story house, while the adults enjoyed peaceful naps in the rocking chairs, sofas, and the balcony bench in the second-floor common area. The host and staff were exceptionally welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and ensuring our needs were met with excellent service. A highlight of the stay was the breakfast, especially the Khao Soi on the first day, which surpassed the taste of dishes from other restaurants.

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

This is our second stay at Kanok's house and it is a beautiful clean and comfortable place.Kanok is very tasteful and beautiful and very gentle.The furnishings were fine, the daily supplies were well stocked, and the bread and snacks were prepared and there was a lot of mineral water for us to use, which was very thoughtful.It is a good place to do in terms of detail.We were a plane the next morning she drove us to the airport in person as well, thank you so much!The neighborhood is very quiet, there are small shops for food next door, big supermarket and catering center within walking distance. seveneleven is just around the corner.We will come back again and recommend this homestay!

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

Very enthusiastic homeowner who answered questions and helped us a lot.The house is very big and beautiful. It is very close to the city. It is easy to go anywhere. Unfortunately, this time is too short, and I will have the opportunity to experience Chiang Mai's slow life again!

I would recommend to stay here. Super nice place but outside of the busy city. Still, everything is accessible with a 20min car ride. Moreover, even in walkable distance you can find some nice restaurants and cafes. The place was clean, big spaces inside, perfect choice for more people too.

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

We stayed for a month at Good Mood House and it was wonderful. Really quiet location, a cleaner every week to keep the place sparkling + fresh linen and towels. Four and her family are all superb hosts and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of delicious street food near by in a quiet neighbourhood. Also a great gym 5 mins walk away for 50 Baht a visit! All made for a perfect stay 😊😊😊

John’s condo is spacious, very comfortable with high quality finishes throughout and superb views to the mountains from the large balcony. The condo is in a quiet and respected area at the heart of Nimman close to OneNimman, shopping, great coffee and food. John is a great host and we thoroughly recommend this place for short or long stays.

My wife and I have stayed many places after 23 years of visiting Thailand together. Sometimes we stay in a nice hotel, sometimes we stay in a house. We enjoyed very much staying in this Condo. This Condo was perfect for us due to the location close to my wife’s family and the walkable area with good food. The Condo itself is wonderful … it feels more like home than a hotel. Which is what we were looking for. Satoko was very helpful and her place was as described.

This is my second time staying with Lin and Nanpat and yet again, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment is exactly as described and the location is unbeatable. The place is absolutely spotless. It is walkable to tons of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the Nimman area and is even walkable to the old city if you wanted a little more exercise. The view from the 7th floor unit is incredible with lots of light coming in the east facing windows. The Samsung smart tv with Netflix and Prime Video signed in is an added bonus for times when you are in the unit. Having a washing machine in the unit really simplifies packing. Finally the communication with Lin is always excellent and the in person check in with Lin’s’ mother in law was very flexible with all of the information about the unit and the local area provided leaving you extremely relaxed and at home during your stay. I can’t recommend Lin’s place enough!

Had a great, uncomplicated stay at David's wonderful apartment. The building and facilities were really great. Many amenities are either in the building or accessible by foot just down the street (street shops and mall The Pantip Lifestyle Hub). The rooftop garden is great to view the sunrise and sunset, the building is one of the highest in Chiang Mai. Would recommend for any length of stay.

The room is clean and fully equipped, Sony extra large TV in the living room, the pool is also very clean. The host is very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely flat! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a 1-month stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the mall, which made dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was the construction happening under the windows, which the host hadn’t informed us about beforehand. While it was a bit noisy at times, it didn’t detract too much from our overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location. I would happily stay here again!

Loved my stay at Jacinth’s place during my stay in Chiang Mai. She was very responsive and was always approachable. She was flexible with a check in and check out requests which was highly appreciated. Her place was clean and had all amenities that were listed. The location is walkable from the most happening neighbourhood of Chiang Mai.
