The villa has everything you would expect - 3 double bedrooms all en-suite (one is a basement room), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining areas, BBQ, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor swimming pool, electric blinds and modern furnishings, just to name a few of the amenities. The villa comes with a sea view and is a short walk away from the nearest beach so you can rest assured you are in the perfect location for your holiday.

Location, location, location Situated on its own private headland Ionian Dream Villa has drop dead gorgeous views all the way around, overlooking the sea with Zante in the distance and the beach directly below, behind is Mount Aenos. The beach itself is a beautiful, sandy, beach that never gets crowded set between the cliffs. The villa has been built with a natural stone frontage, and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - and 2 infinity pools . Fully air conditioned and very well appointed !

The Green Villa in Evreti was an amazing find. The views across to Ithica were fantastic. It is very private and the pool was lovely. The Villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case with Greek beds in our experience. A car is essential for this location but it is a short drive into Fiscardo or Magganos for supermarkets and many places to eat. Natalie was very helpful with anything we needed.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

Family of 4 with 2 teens. One of the best Airbnbs we have had, and we have had some great ones. The house is very charming, traditionally furnished, spotless and everything works. Fresh fruit, local honey and oil (+ tea, coffee, v well equipped kitchen). Beautiful outside space, pristine pool, great views. Easy roll down (need a car) to Argostolli. Good quality, reasonable Taverna very close. Sotiris is a great host. Came from town late in the eve to check us in. Came and cleaned the pool checked the garden. Friendly and and really good recommendations for day trips and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant holiday in Fiscardo and staying at Villa Dioni was the perfect place to be. The location is breathtaking (make sure you put your foot down to power a car up the drive!) with spectacular views of the ocean and Assos in the distance. The photos don’t do the villa justice… it’s bigger and more spacious than they look. Lovely quality fittings, very comfortable beds and a great pool. Highly recommend as a base to explore this beautiful island. Many thanks Demi and Anna.

We loved our stay at Marios's place. The place is beautiful and a nice size for our party of 6. Welcome pack was great, the place is kept spotlessly clean and was kept that way throughout our visit. Different toys were left for the children during the stay which was a nice touch, and lots of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to go to, of which some we managed and very much enjoyed. We will definitely be back and can't wait until the next time. Thank you Marios for looking after us !!

We had a very relaxing time in Carol's accommodation! The communication with Carol was excellent - she was always available and also fulfilled our special requests regarding check-in and check-out. The accommodation was well equipped and had everything you need for a vacation - and much more. The outdoor area, including the pool, is exceptionally clean and maintained with great attention to detail. Within 10 minutes by car you are in Sami and some important sights, such as the Drogarati Cave, Melissani Cave or Antisamos Beach. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for excursions as it is very centrally located on the island. We would book Carol's accommodation again and can recommend it 100%.

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday at this stunning villa in Kefalonia along with 6 others , and it was an absolutely perfect experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the immaculate condition of the property. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a pristine pool, comfortable loungers, and plenty of space for dining al fresco. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our stay went smoothly. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even came round with some charcoal for the BBQ when we couldn’t find it at the local shop. Angela, William and Carla were helpful from the moment we booked the house last year. They recommended car hire, advised on places to eat and visit and made everything very smooth. They were very accommodating and Carla showed us round the house when we arrived. A lovely basket of treats including milk, juice, fruit, bread and a delicious bottle of wine were waiting for us. I was a tiny bit worried when I realised how close we were to the airport that there would be a lot of noise from the airplanes but we didn’t hear them at all and it was so peaceful and quiet. Thank you so much for a glorious stay. We hope to return soon!!
