Jacques was an very helpful and responsive host. The villa was even better than we imagined and the staff was extremely helpful and fantastic cooks. We could not have asked for a better stay or location!

Had the pleasure of staying at Arnaud’s beautiful home and it was an unforgettable experience. The property itself was stunning and served as ideal for bonding with my friends I hadn’t seen in a long time. Despite being in a quiet area, it was just a short distance from everything we needed. Arnaud was exceptional – responsive, kind, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to all the amenities of Las Terrenas.

We came to spend a family holiday (9 people including 3 teenagers). An unforgettable stay, especially because of a splendid and very easy-going villa with its large terrace, garden and pool perfectly maintained. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the center is 25 minutes taking its time by the beach. We stocked up on memories, swimming, sunshine, and rumored cocktails. A special mention for Maria and Charly who took great care of our meals.

A number of things were remarkably good for us - our Christmas Eve dinner at Mosquito at Porto (I think that’s what it’s called), a great restaurant which is closeby; there was a lot of bustle in town in Terrenas, but just beyond Playa Bonita offered a different vibe and is a lot of fun; the availability of other local excursions and renting a fun Polaris; the easy walk to the beach from the house; the pool and garden with its bbq grill; being able to order from the Bodega; a friendly and accommodating housekeeper. The house was also very attractive and well maintained and equipped, and extremely comfortable for our group. Emanuel Marte is a great host and was readily available before and throughout our stay.

Very nice house to have vacations with family. Very friendly host. We enjoyed the place very much. The beach is near, so it’s a short walk.

From the moment we walked in and saw the stunning ocean view, we knew we were in paradise. Opening the sliding doors to the pool area and feeling the ocean breeze was incredible. The front garden is beautifully landscaped, and the backyard leads to the beach with a wet bar by the sand. The pool is always crystal-clear, and every bedroom has AC and ocean views. The house is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ area, spacious living areas, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design. We explored Salto del Limón, Cayo Levantado, and even saw humpback whales. Off-road 4-wheelers were available for adventure. Jenny took care of the house, arranged grocery deliveries, and cooked delicious meals. Jason handled security and helped with errands. Betty made booking seamless and ensured everything we needed was available. This home, combined with the warm hospitality, made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Eight of us had a fantastic Christmas in this beautiful home just a short walk to the beach. The space is open and modern, with ample seating areas, lovely decor (lots of white) and comfortable bedrooms freshened by ever-whirling ceiling fans. The pool was clean and inviting, the outdoor lounge chairs had wheels so we could rapidly zip out of the rain or turn to face the sun, and towels were replenished daily (we had no idea daily housekeeping was included - what a luxury!). Max helped us arrange for absolutely everything in advance - round trip transfer from the airport, quad and scooter rentals, grocery shopping and a (darling) chef for every dinner. He was always instantly available via text to answer questions and offer recommendations or advice and he couldn't have been friendlier!! With four days of rain, we did not explore as much as we'd have liked, but the accommodations and truly pleasant interactions with Max and staff allowed us to RELAX and enjoy the down time regardless!

This Villa is beautiful,safe,quiet and very close to everything. It is exactly as described. Vehicle is not necessary. Karina is an excellent host and is very responsive ( within minutes) Highly recommend this property.

Cyril's place is super clean and spacious with amazing views of the ocean. Communication with Cyril was excellent. Both guards are very professional and extremely helpful. As others have indicated, the road approaching the house (200m) is quite bumpy so consider an SUV or similar vehicle. While the house itself was well kept, there are some basic items that a guest expects in order to have a comfortable stay. Some essentials missing were: a microwave, an iron and ironing board. If you love nature and are an adventure seeker, I highly recommend Casa Wepita.

For starters, thank you Emanuela for hosting us at your beautiful Villa. The Villa was more beautiful in person, immaculate, and it came with delicious complimentary breakfast. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. She even brought us Champagne on New Year’s Eve. Which I must say, what a view to watch the fireworks from the top of the mountains and bring in the New Year! Guillermina, the cook was AMAZING! We paid her extra to cook dinner and the food was spectacular. She was accommodating, happy to service us and never rushed us. My family felt super comfortable around her!! Another point to mention, the morning view while drinking coffee and at night the stars were so visible! We highly recommend Villa Sunrise and we will be returning!

We really enjoy the house! The kitchen as well stocked with what you or the chef will need but no basic needs like coffee, salt or pepper. The bedroom are nice size with great working ACs, the products they stock the bathroom with smells amazing. The walk to the beach is easy and relaxing. They recommend a few apps but we use the bodega to get things quickly delivered.

Me and my family loved this villa. The walk to the beach is within a few minutes. Literally feels like you have a private beach. We were welcomed by the cleaning lady. She was great! The villa is super safe and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The only thing one of my guest didn’t like was that the cleaning lady came at 9am to clean on check out day. I understand it’s a big villa and she had to get it ready for the next booking. Overall a great place. Thank you for having us! If you are driving be careful pulling into the curvy driveway :) also keep in mind most restaurants, places to eat are 10-20min drive from the villa

Very available hosts, impeccable welcome and kindness are the key words. Great location between the 2 beaches nearby and in the immediate vicinity of the main street with amenities. The accommodation has the necessary spaces and comforts, it is a traditional typology dwelling where there is no direct break between outside and inside the terrace to the kitchen living room but completely secured by openings with grills. Triple very pleasant terrace area. Thanks to Michèle and Gérard for their hospitality and their commitment to their visitors.

We had a wonderful stay in Las Terrenas. Jacques was so responsive and helpful, Carmen was amazing and was so accommodating and caring for our large group. There is so much to do in Las Terrenas—it is a hidden gem and we would love to visit again. Highly recommend renting ATVs so you can explore, the beach area outside of the villas is so fun!

We had an extraordinary week with our 2 children. Beautiful house, nice garden, swimming pool and 4 minutes from Playa Bonita walking. 100% recommended, Isabella was always attentive to our questions or requirements and Udi, the person who works in the house, is very loving. He even took care of our children one night, which allowed us to go out to eat and dance

The experience was amazing! Marine was great, kind and generous! She even let us stay a few hours more! I would definitely would come back and have another beautiful experience

Noelia is a perfect hostess, she cares about the well-being of her tenants. The accommodation is well located, close to the beach and 1 km from the village and fish market. The villa is calm and quiet, surrounded by a wall of greenery. We enjoyed the month spent at Noelia's, and I hosted my children and grandchildren for a week. Everyone enjoyed their stays.

The place is beautiful. Ysabel's mother lives on the property (not in the same villa) and extremely friendly and helpful. It's a few steps to the beach and lots of restaurants, so you can easily get around by walking. The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, the pool is amazing and is shared with another house that is located on the property (fortunately it was empty during my stay). Ysabel's place is perfect for families, there is plenty of space for children to enjoy. Highly recommended.
