Villa vacation rentals in Salzburg-Umgebung District

We've just returned from a wonderful few days at Uli's place in Großgmain. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful location but also close to places like Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. The loft room was so cozy and homely with all the amenities that my wife and I needed. Uli was probably the most helpful and friendly hosts that I have encountered in our many years of using AirBnB. From booking to checking out everything was a pleasure. An absolute gem of an AirBnB and we would return in a heartbeat.

Román's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture to store, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, a lot of kitchenware. several board games, it is ideal. The indoor pool area has a mini indoor garden, with tables and lounge chairs. We receive the impeccable house, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and even cookie molds made it easier for us. The surroundings are beautiful, the views incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with outdoor dining room, two sleds and next to a hill where we slide in the snow. (it's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20 minute drive to Salzburg, easy and quick to connect. Thank you Román, we enjoy your house. We will be back

Beautiful house, spacious, quiet neighborhood, very nice hosts!

We had a prefect 1 week stay at Landhausvilla! Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. The villa was nice and cozy for our family holiday. Angela was very responsive and made sure everything was well communicated prior to our arrival. Joy who is the caretaker of the villa lives downstairs was very welcoming and nice to talk to. We were welcomed with a tour of the villa on arrival along with a delicious meal and they were accommodating with our dietary restrictions as well. Each room has its own balcony and the views are amazing. We got to experience the first snowfall and the area transformed from lush green to snowy white with beautiful views of the lake. We visited Salzburg, Hallstatt and other small towns. Everything was within a one hour distance from the villa. The highlight of the trip was the lake Wolfgangsee Advent Christmas markets(November - December). Three small towns which are only 15-30 mins drive are transformed into a Christmas wonderland

Ray was a wonderful host. He always went out of his way to make us feel welcome. he spent a lot of time sending us recommendations and suggestions for things to do and see. The house was large accommodating 6 of us perfectly. The home is walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store. Also a shirt drive to city center. Definitely recommend for long or short stay.

We enjoyed the time here very much, quickly found our way around and felt very comfortable. It was very clean, everywhere it smelled pleasant, the kitchen is very well equipped and especially in the evening it was very cozy due to the indirect lighting. Simone always responded quickly and very friendly, we highly recommend the place and would come back anytime.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with modern and high-quality equipment throughout. One of the standout features was the gorgeous view—whether morning or evening, it was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was also comfortably warm, which made it feel cozy and inviting. The bathroom was particularly spacious, which added to the overall comfort and convenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant, well-equipped space with fantastic views and great amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

A beautiful and historic home with gorgeous modern furnishings inside. Plenty of room for our family of 7, including 2 young children. Grocery stores and great restaurants were a short drive away. The property was private and peaceful with stunning views of the Alps. Andy and Nina were kind and responsive hosts who answered our many questions. I highly recommend this airbnb.
