The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Was not cluttered with oversized furnishings and it had some touches that made it feel extra nice. The backyard is big and fenced which was super convenient for playing with our furry companion. The home is a 5ish minute drive to downtown and very close to groceries, gas, and other convenience as well as easy to find and access. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay at while visiting Greenville.

Jack & Susan were the GREATEST! My daughter & son-in-law were having issues at their home nearby. Needed a place to stay until their issues were fixed. My daughter is 38 weeks pregnant! Jack & Susan allowed them to stay in their BEAUTIFUL cabin!!! They lived nearby so that was a comfort to me when Tim had to go to work. I knew Abbie would be safe while there alone. Susan even made homemade cookies and a breakfast loaf that was DELICIOUS from what I’m told!! We will have to stay again but after our little grandson arrives!! Great people! Amazing place to stay!!

Stunning Lakefront Retreat w/ Dock Access!

We loved the location of the apartment. It was spacious enough, clean, was was stocked with the kitchen amenities that we needed. The only negative thing I have to say is that I will never sleep in an open lofted bedroom ever again. All the sound of the kitchen and living room below was hugely magnified. I could even hear one whispering below. The height of the TV downstairs was great for those in the living room, but not so great for those sleeping in the loft bedroom ; the TV and lamps shined directly into the bedroom (I could watch the LR TV from my bed if I had wanted). Except for my bad choice of choosing the lofted bedroom for myself, the house was wonderful and the area outside is great for a nice walk in the morning and evenings. We thought that our apartment said that we would have a lake view, but new apartments are going up where the view would have been. So no lake view from our house or for anyone else except those who will eventually rent the lakeside aptmnts. in future

Absolutely loved our stay at Katie's Chestnut Tiny House at the Saluda River Outdoor Center! The location is beautiful, nestled right by the river, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The tiny house was charming, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Katie was an exceptional host, providing us with helpful tips about the area and ensuring we had a great experience. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to explore hiking trails nearby. Also the on-site restaurant, Butler Tavern was excellent. Another added bonus, you never have to leave. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique getaway in Easley, SC! We can't wait to return!

Perfect short walk from MintHouse to DPAC. Even better walk downstairs to OTF! Pics showed a balcony, but we were issued a different apt. Not totally a problem. Super clean, very close to work and not as loud as to need the earplugs set out in the kitchen upon arrival. Water was def welcome. TY for a great stay!

The home is very well set up with everything needed to enjoy a relaxed stay at the lake. And what a view! The sunset is spectacular. We stayed during an odd spell of super cold weather & snow. David was friendly and proactive from the time we booked the rental, even offering to mail something we'd forgotten. We wouldn't hesitate to book with him again.

This is an older home, which some people will either find charming (we did) or not. Everything was as described and just what we needed. There are a few things to note: 1. The coffee maker does not have an auto cut-off. 2. There is no plug in the master bedroom 3. The game room has a pool table, but only a few games, so if you're looking for that, you may want to bring your own. 4. Most of the pots need to be replaced because they are non-stick, but are scratched (I don't like cooking on non-stick pots that peel). Still we found what we needed, and we were able to cook several meals at home without a problem. It was cheaper than a hotel for our stay, and close to where we needed to be.

This was a wonderful place for our large family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday! The house is roomy, clean and beautifully appointed. It had everything we needed and more to be comfortable. The outside deck with the fireplace was a fun place to relax and visit in the evenings as well, and the master suite was lovely and private from the rest of the house. It definitely is a place we would stay again. We all enjoyed our time there. Lisa was also a wonderful, communicative and responsive host for Evolve. We sincerely appreciate all she did to make sure all ran smoothly and we had all we needed to be comfortable during our stay.
