This place is very nice for Fountain Hills. I have thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the televisions were also very accommodating and easy to use. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and has very easy access to get in and out of. I enjoyed staying here and hope to again! Wish there was a TV in the master room love the out side back yard . would like to stay there agin thank you

We loved staying at Laura's place! Such a beautiful well kept home! My family and I really enjoyed relaxing in the jaccuzi after a buisy day out! Such a peaceful, and spacious place! We would love to come again!!! I would add 10 stars if i could!:)

Perfect for our family get together!!! We had a large group with children of varying ages and there was so much to entertain them all. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Melissa and Josh are great hosts and very responsive. We could not have asked for a better space for our family and will definitely rent again for the next reunion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Arizona at this wonderful home. Clean, quiet and very central to so many great restaurants, shopping and groceries. We had plenty of space. Large comfortable bedrooms fully stocked with plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home and ordering in. Common spaces were great, but the outdoor area is where it’s at! Lovely firepit with plenty of seating. Great size heated pool for relaxing or playing with our boys. We highly recommend this home for a stay in the greater Phoenix area!

Lindsay was a wonderful host! Very informative and took us in literally at the last second after an issue with the original AirBNB.

The home was great inside and outside. The entire property was clean and well kept. We felt at home during our stay. The area was quiet and peaceful. The beds slept very comfortably. We recommend this property very highly and would stay again.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Phoenix, AZ, we like to stay in the area near the Biltmore because there is so much to do. We “loved” our stay at Sarah’s modern and updated condo in the heart of the Biltmore neighborhood. The condo was new, fresh and updated throughout. The beds are comfy, the condo community is secure and quiet, the workout and pool areas are a great amenity. This condo was more than adequate for two people but would easily fit another couple or family of four. This condo is walkable to the grocery store, restaurants, dry cleaners and a nice coffee shop. Hiking is just 5-10 minutes away; a ten minute walk gets you to shopping and more restaurants or a lovely walk around the Biltmore property. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia is nearby too! If you are visiting Phoenix, I highly recommend choosing this as your option for your vacation home away from home.

Jasmine and Jacob were amazing at communicating with me. Once we got into the place, there was music playing that set the vibe right when the door opened. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the apt to be perfect for what we needed. we had an event at ASU and it was just minutes away. The pool was great as well. It was quiet at night which I really appreciated since we go to sleep early.

We had a great stay at Lisa's place. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains did a great job keeping the sunlight out. Everything was clean and all listed amenities were provided and in good condition. Check-in was easy. The hot tub was a great touch too, and the views were amazing.

Amazing stay! This is my second time coming back and I absolutely love how quick and easy it is to get in and out of this complex . We couldn’t get the WiFi to connect to the PlayStation. I mentioned it after and they said they can reset it. Other than that perfect stay!! 10/10 recommend!

Great place! Comfy beds, home away from home

This is a great location and a beautiful home! It would be great for a hunting party! Lots of room and beautiful scenery. extremely easy and flexible check in. Cash was responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Our stay at this gorgeous cabin in the mountains was nothing short of absolutely amazing. The cabin is exactly as pictured, but I must say the pictures do not do it justice. It’s extremely warm and inviting and very cozy. The property is well cared for and you will feel right at home. It’s extremely private and extraordinarily quiet!The deer in the yard was an added bonus for sure! The hosts were absolutely hands-down the best host I have ever had staying at a rental, extremely giving and very informative. If I could give this place a 10 star review I would!
