The house is right on the Salmon River 'Estuary Hole' (guests have EXCLUSIVE access to fish from our brand new dock in front of the property - anyone else needs a boat!). At the right time of year, there is no better spot on the river! Just a few minutes drive from Snowmobile trails in Winter and a 2 minute walk from the beach in the Summer it’s a perfect getaway.

Quaint cottage with wrap around deck overlooking North Sandy Pond. The sunrises in the morning are nothing short of spectacular! This house sits just over the walking bridge from the parking lot near Sandy Island Beach on the pond side and comes with private parking spots. It is also walking distance to the beautiful Sandy Island Beach and you can launch boats at the near by Sandy Pond Marina. Short 2 minute walk from the parking lot to the house. Not suitable for anyone unable to walk in.

Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Directly across the street from Sandy Pond which leads to Lake Ontario. Our 4 season cabin is in the heart of the salmon, ice fishing, and snowmobiling capital of New York. We are a boaters paradise in the summer with the boat launch across the street and our privately owned dock to keep your boat. Sandy Pond State Park is minutes away with beautiful sand beaches. At the end of the day, cook a home cooked meal in our cook's kitchen which is fully appointed & includes a coffee bar.

Knotty But Nice Cabin at Oneida Lake

Log cabin living with this beautiful cozy getaway right across the road from Oneida Lake. Private back yard with a grill and firepit for a relaxing afternoon. Great place for a romantic getaway. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset.
