Beautiful location with beach views. Took a minute to find a parking spot, but Diane was very quick with communication and a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend her place!

Gaby’s place was an absolute gem. What gorgeous views! Our family really enjoyed the beach and paddling about the harbor as well. The house was very clean. Gaby was friendly and responsive. We plan to return in the future! Thank you Gaby!

Jeff’s place was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay, the view was excellent. The house has everything you need. We would definitely recommend a great place by the beach, lots of walking areas in Ipswich.

We were only there for a couple of days, but it was a great place to stay. The views from inside were spectacular, a real advantage as it rained much of one day. We did have some rain free time and were able to walk on the path as well as on the sand. We arrived at high tide and were amazed at how much sandy beach appeared when the tide went out. Communication and instructions were excellent. We hope to get back there.

Weekend Getaway - We had a wonderful fall weekend at the house. Great location, great hosts and beautiful accommodations. House was clean and modern.

A large group of us were in Hampton Beach for a show and decided on an air bnb rather than a hotel and we could not have been happier with our decision! The home was clean, organized, comfortable and in an excellent, walkable location. We didn't got to the beach but it was less than a minute walk from the house. It was also walkable to several restaurants and bars and only about a mile walk to the venue (Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom). We were lucky with mild weather in November so got to enjoy the large table on the warmly lit back porch and the covered Farmer's porch in the front with a decent amount of seating. The bedrooms were exactly as pictured and the beds were comfortable with clean linens and a set of towels on each bed (nice touch!). The bathrooms were also immaculate and having one on each floor was perfect. On top of all this, Gagan was extremely kind, very responsive (usually within minutes) and easy to communicate with. We will be back, thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

The house was easy to find in a tucked away location. The interior of the house was charming, clutter free and the towels and bedding were extremely clean, and scent free which I always appreciate as someone with sensitive skin. We stayed very warm and cozy. We spent time walking the neighborhood and adjacent trail and loved seeing the history of Marblehead all around us.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

Lovely, modern house in great location. A short 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Ogunquit and to the beach. River and beach views. Everything is in excellent condition and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We were here for a long stay and felt right at home!

This is a serene cottage in a convenient but quiet location. Check-in was issued free and the owner gave us great restaurant and hiking recommendations. The cottage has great amenities and was very clean. Perfect size for 2 people. There are Adirondack chairs in the yard to relax in and enjoy the view of the marsh and Wells Beach. We enjoyed walking to Batson River Brewery and Congdon’s donuts. Wells Beach is a few minutes drive away, or about a 30 minute walk. We will definitely come back to this cottage!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

This was our second time staying at the Lazy Lobster. Beautiful home close to downtown Ogunquit. Plunge pool can be cold or hot, which we chose for our December stay. Andrew is the consummate host! Super proactive and responsive. We love this place! Thank you Andrew, again, for a wonderful stay and the coffee, wine and chocolates!

We loved our off-season stay! the area is gorgeous, the cabin is stylish, private, and will equipped. Everything was comfortable and well thought through. Top 5 airbnb we’ve stayed at for sure.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sandy's. Walking through the door, we instantly felt at home. Not only did she have everything we would need for the beach, there were lots of brochures with things to do in the area as well. The home was beautifully decorated, and the outdoor space was adorable. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We spent the days at the beach and went back at night for live music and fireworks. Everything about our stay was perfect. Sandy even reached out to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we knew we could reach out any time if we needed anything. She even told us the best place to go for the perfect view of the fireworks. Sandy, thank you so much for sharing your home with us and for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Hampton Beach is a summer hot spot and the rental is well positioned for walking access to the beach, with many sleeping options including a "kids room" for lots of cousins to spend time together. Angel has outfitted the house with varying rooms for gathering, a number of decks to enjoy the outdoors, a well equipped kitchen, good technology for TV, streaming, Wifi and such. A bit chilly outside in late November but lots a warm moments shared inside. A short drive to restaurants and on to Portsmouth for shops, coffee houses, book and toy stores. An ideal location.

Perfect trip for my daughter’s bachelorette! Amazing home with amazing views. So much to see and do in the area. Definitely looking forward to another stay.

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!
