Beach condo vacation rentals in Salisbury Beach

The condo was perfect for the venue we were attending that was a 4 min walk! Kathryn was a great host and very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay there again if the need comes! Thank you for a great weekend!

Of all of the other locations where I’ve stayed, this was the most well stocked. Host even provided emergency toothbrushes and toothpaste!!

Our 2nd time staying and just as happy as we were w the first time. Love the beach when it’s not crowded…and the condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Close to lots of good options, casino (the Brook) and nice and peaceful. Came for the sunrise eclipse, but too overcast w clouds, but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. Thanks again John for a nice little retreat and very reasonably priced! Cheers and see your place again soon I’m sure. Russ

Our stay was great! Weather was dreary and chilly, but Diana's place was cozy and spacious, just right for two girls out for a fun weekend. Appreciated the coffee and coffee maker, and ice in the freezer. Diana was very responsive and proactive when I was having trouble with the internet. (weather and user related, not her fault at all) There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, towels (though we brought our own) and most anything we could have anticipated needing before we could get to a store for staples. It was nice and quiet, but then again, Rainy April weekend. Can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer! Definitely would be back again.

Ocean Minded is a great spot! Centrally located to all of the fun York Beach has to offer. Place is beautiful, spacious and clean. As stated in the description, we were able to hear the muffled music from the second floor restaurant but with a white noise maker sleeping was no problem.

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

We had a great stay here! Location is perfect! Extremely dog friendly area, lots to see and do and very walkable. We’d love to return when it’s warmer! Gary’s place is beautiful and even nicer in person.

Everything the other reviewers said is spot-on, so I won’t repeat it. Instead, I’ll just add: this place made for an incredibly easy, enjoyable stay in Gloucester. The condo’s location is <chef’s kiss> perfect. Close to everything: great restaurants, charming little shops, the harbor, and all the New England vibes you could want. Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and clearly cared for, like the kind of place that says, “Welcome, please relax,” not “Don’t touch anything.” My dog gave it two paws up, too. He especially enjoyed hanging out in the cool breeze on the gorgeous patio. Bonus: it’s a quick, easy ride to Salem, which turned out to be a quirky, dog-friendly adventure all its own. Would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Veronica’s place for the marathon and it was absolutely perfect! Super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It’s a little bit out of the way of the main downtown area, but we preferred that for some quiet and nothing was more than a 15 minute uber away. Veronica made marathon weekend so special for me as a runner, which really made us feel at home in her space! She had tons of great food and drinks recommendations around the Airbnb that we used throughout our stay and was super responsive throughout.

Great spot, close to everything. Nice fenced in backyard area for pets. Property was clean and well-appointed for a longer term stay. Hosts communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and return !

My group and I had a fantastic stay at the condo! It was just as described and so accessible for town and public transit into Boston. We did have an issue with the cleanliness when we first arrived, however this was immediately resolved by the host, so did not negatively impact our stay. Not only was the place perfect for our stay, the host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again during our trips to the area!

This was our third year staying here. The location is ideal for us, we have everything we need there and it is quiet and comfortable. Our host Debra was very quick to respond. When the microwave died, she immediately let us know that a new one would be installed the next day. We appreciated having such a responsive host!

I was accompanying my daughter and granddaughter on a college tour in the area. We were fortunate to find this comfortable and well furnished apartment. The girls enjoyed the big comfy beds and I enjoyed the private parking. The bathroom was small but functional. The location was excellent, easy to get around and felt secure for walks to restaurants. Shila kindly provided coffee supplies so we could have that first morning cup before heading out. All appliances were clean and worked well. Would happily stay here again.

Great house! Loved all the ammenities. The host was very responsive if we had any questions and will definitely look at staying there again next time!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

My little group had a wonderful stay at Tristan’s property. The space was well maintained and comfortable, and it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. Tristan was a great communicator - proactive and very responsive. Amazing stay!
