We've been my wife and I for a weekend and everything was perfect. The accommodation is very good, everything is practically new, well kept and clean. The location is perfect, it is no more than five minutes walk from downtown, in a beautiful area where you listen to the river as soon as you open the window and we were able to park without problems. Antonio has been friendly, provided us with information about the area and even helped us with our bags. Both La Alberca and the surrounding area are wonderful and worthy of a visit.

We loved our stay here! It was so clean and comfy and it was also within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the city center! Would definitely recommend.

An incredibly beautiful house with all the details. Located in a very small but very nice village. The natural setting is beautiful in the fall. Javier made everything very easy for us for our arrival, stay and departure.

The location is unbeatable, there are historic places, hiking trails and recreational areas around the Alagón River just a few minutes away by car. The house is beautiful and Ana and her partner have taken care of every detail to maintain the originality of the place. My partner and I had a very quiet and pleasant weekend, we will be back in the winter months. A 100% recommended accommodation and hosts ☺️

Both the house and the view are amazing. The accommodation has everything you need. The only thing I would highlight is that as soon as you walk through the entrance gate and in the access to the lounge there are stairs too dangerous for toddlers.

Nice sized property in a good location within walking distance of the main Salamanca sights. Added bonus of a playground across the road which our children loved.

Very comfortable and large apartment. ideal for 4 or more people. Fully equipped kitchen and 20 min from the centre on foot. If you are going by car, you will always find a nearby place to park. Voltaria undoubtedly to this apartment.

A very well-maintained and quality apartment. You can see the love that has been put into every detail of the apartment. The central area next to everything, so you can walk and forget about the car.
