Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Salamanca

A very cozy place, central and surrounded by culture. Myriam, the host, courteous and always available. I felt right at home.

We stayed in Miriam's house for 2 nights. It was clean, large enough to easily accommodate 8 people - we were 7-, close to the airport with many 5 mins walking distance good restaurants. It has a descent size backyard with 1 to 2 available car parking lots. Accessible transportation to the city cnetre. Highly recommend place.

The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

The house was very large and beautiful, in a quiet area to disconnect and have a good time with friends. Pol was attentive at all times in case we needed anything and give us directions.

My husband and I were with my dog to pass the August bridge. The place is a wonderful place to rest and unwind, like an oasis. The new and well-kept facilities. The wonderful pool and beautiful gardens. The bed is extremely comfortable and even if it does not have air conditioning, with the silent fan in the room is more than enough. Great privacy. Wilson, the guardian, a lovely person. To go with a small pet is a paradise for the animals. Everything perfectly fenced. Just keep in mind that there are ducks, rabbits and chickens coming out of their fence. Our dog was chasing them only to shepherd and play with them. Maybe a bigger dog with hunting instinct would be more complicated. By adding something constructive, and in the face of 6 people going, maybe it would take a little more utensils, like cups, kitchen towels, kitchen scissors, coffee spoons, etc. Nothing serious. All in all, a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the accommodation for a weekend 5 people and two dogs. It is a very spacious house with several rooms. I would highlight the cleanliness, the kindness of the host, and of course, the space, included for vehicles. If I had to say something to improve it would be the access road to the house, but it is also not something that depends exclusively on the person in charge of renting the property. For staying a few more hours than the agreed on Sunday, we were charged 60 euros and we left it in the mailbox with the keys on the way out. As far as yours is concerned, everything is perfect. Lovely stay with a group of 20. Villa was exactly as described, great space and great communication. Location is fairly remote, but that's what, we were looking for. There's a nice town Toledo approx. 30 min drive away. Would stay again!

Pablo and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were nicely designed and spacious, but there were still many cosmetic things from previous tenants on the shelf. The bathing facility is out of date and showed rust stains in many places. The whirlpool was not functional. Shower was ok. The small balcony to our room could not be used because it was full of foliage. For this, we were usually able to use the garden for ourselves. The sun loungers were usually temporarily repaired. The pool was filled with water, but covered with a tarpaulin. Pool use was not foreseen until July according to the description. The property was not very well maintained, in many places there was high uncut and withered flower pots. In previous years, the house and property were certainly a great place for a large family. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen had everything, but not very well maintained.

Raquel was very easy going and very respectful, the house was 10/10 and pool was in good condition, definitely recommend this villa
