Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Salamanca

This was a great find! My parents and I had another reservation booked that canceled our stay two weeks before we were set to leave. We were meant to stay here. Myriam was a great hosts. I even locked us out of the apartment one night and she immediately responded. Her husbands ran over and opened the apartment for us. The apartment is in a great location with lots of good food spots within walking distance. Right next to the apartment was the best place to eat called Bar Nino. Definitely try it out if you stay here.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Great place to share with friends visiting Madrid. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

The house was very large and beautiful, in a quiet area to disconnect and have a good time with friends. Pol was attentive at all times in case we needed anything and give us directions.

My husband and I were with my dog to pass the August bridge. The place is a wonderful place to rest and unwind, like an oasis. The new and well-kept facilities. The wonderful pool and beautiful gardens. The bed is extremely comfortable and even if it does not have air conditioning, with the silent fan in the room is more than enough. Great privacy. Wilson, the guardian, a lovely person. To go with a small pet is a paradise for the animals. Everything perfectly fenced. Just keep in mind that there are ducks, rabbits and chickens coming out of their fence. Our dog was chasing them only to shepherd and play with them. Maybe a bigger dog with hunting instinct would be more complicated. By adding something constructive, and in the face of 6 people going, maybe it would take a little more utensils, like cups, kitchen towels, kitchen scissors, coffee spoons, etc. Nothing serious. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Very good and wide house that can accommodate a large family like mine. The house has all the necessary utensils for the stay. Housekeeping may improve a bit but it's personal. It is a very beautiful house that can be used by people of all ages from babies to gentlemen. It is a quiet place to relax without disturbance of neighbors. There are several restaurants, markets, pharmacies close by which it is easy to use in everyday life. I recommend the house to other people and large families! Communication with the owner was very easy and respectful!

Pablo and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were nicely designed and spacious, but there were still many cosmetic things from previous tenants on the shelf. The bathing facility is out of date and showed rust stains in many places. The whirlpool was not functional. Shower was ok. The small balcony to our room could not be used because it was full of foliage. For this, we were usually able to use the garden for ourselves. The sun loungers were usually temporarily repaired. The pool was filled with water, but covered with a tarpaulin. Pool use was not foreseen until July according to the description. The property was not very well maintained, in many places there was high uncut and withered flower pots. In previous years, the house and property were certainly a great place for a large family. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen had everything, but not very well maintained.

Raquel was very easy going and very respectful, the house was 10/10 and pool was in good condition, definitely recommend this villa

Very good house to spend the weekend with friends, with a pool and barbecue. Yann was very kind and very attentive at all times.
