Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saitama

Keiko's home is such a convenient, wonderful option for staying in Tokyo. Out of all the AirBnB's I've tried in the city, this one is by far the most spacious. Bathroom and kitchen are stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need, including basic cooking ingredients, complimentary coffee and water, shower caps, etc. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has been put into curating this space. The neighborhood is fantastic. Just a minute away is a lengthy pedestrian street filled with tons of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and convenience stores. The train station is a 5 minute walk down said pedestrian street and connects you with all of the major attractions in Tokyo. The cherry on top was definitely Keiko's hospitality. She gave a us a thorough tour and explanation of the home and was super quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay. Before we left she treated us to a perfectly lovely tea ceremony. Hope we can come back someday!

A beautiful and comfortable house, very clean and well decorated with all the basic necessities equipped. Also the grand kawaii piano is fun to play with. Thank you for hosting us Nobuko san, and for your great hospitality, you are so friendly and caring. We are also grateful that in a rainy afternoon you picked us up from the station when we arrived. We have spent a lovely time at your peaceful and quiet home. Would love to stay again. ☺️

Both the scallor and the family are very kind and friendly, and we are grateful for the situation and requests.We had delicious tea from the day of arrival and a lot of hospitality afterwards.The room was also a very nice room and it was not an entire floor but we had a comfortable stay.It's close to the station. It was helpful.

Loved our stay here! Kei and Aki’s place was our main “hub” during our stay in Tokyo. It was nice to get out of the city every evening and explore the neighborhood in the mornings. Family Mart and a drugstore are immediately and conveniently right across the street. Train ride is about 35 minutes into the downtown Tokyo area, but depends on where you are going. Walk to the train station is about 15 minutes. Not a ton of food in the immediate vicinity but lots of options at the train station and Uber Eats is available in a pinch. Received so many tips and recommendations from Aki. Would absolutely stay again!

Kaori was a wonderful host - very responsive, kind, and helpful. She owns a cafe on the first floor of the property and upon arrival she offered us complimentary tea and cakes (they were both excellent). The rental unit was well-kept with a pleasant retro aesthetic.

Ikuko is an excellent host; she is friendly and responsive. The home was set up nicely, and the kitchen was particularly well equipped. We enjoyed the light-filled living area. The home works well for a family, and was located close to the metro station and bus stops.

Just a 10 minute walk from Kawaguchi Station which has all the shopping malls and restaurants just on the other side, this location was perfect for us. The accommodation was a great size to spend 10 days in, the beds are really comfortable and the living room and dining area provided a great place to work. Emiko also left a whole book of instructions and recommendations making our stay super easy.

We loved staying here. It’s a 2 min walk from Kita-in and Narita San, and 15 from Koedo old town and both train stations. There’s parking which was amazing for family stopping by. The front rooms get lots of sun and was warm in the winter. We LOVED the kotatsu! While it says it accommodates many guests, there was a lack of plates as well as kitchen items to accommodate like soup bowls. We were a family of 4 who ate in and cooked all meals so if you’re out mostly it shouldn’t be an issue. Beds are roll out single person size and good if you like hard beds.

We had a fantastic stay at Yasuko and Hiro stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, offering helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
