Stay without problem. clear communication. the accommodation has 3 spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. it is very well located, very close to beaches and shops. There were 5 of us in the house. The living room is not fair for the number of beds offered in winter. In summer the terrace pallies to this lack. Only small problem, there is a big opposite with the surrounding buildings.

Monique welcomed us with great kindness and good advice. The apartment is well equipped and bright, it is very well located, near the beach and the city center.

Perfect location close to the centre of Montpellier with parking included.

Nathalie and Jean-Louis are welcoming, the accommodation is really spacious, bright with all these windows and the balcony which is almost all along the apartment is splendid, in short we recommend it. Beach and supermarket very close Secure parking.

Apartment with an ideal location 2min from the beach with the children it was just great , the location and on the quiet and relaxing side of the grau du roi it's super nice. The apartment was clean the beds are well arranged my children we love to sleep in a bunk bed. The host is absolutely kind and answered any questions we had before we arrived and when we arrived the explanations were clear so that we could access the accommodation. We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to return! Recommended!

Dominique and her husband were so kind. We stayed at her place for three weeks so got to know it very well. While it’s in the center of town, it is so quiet and cozy. We slept great, cooked meals in the kitchen, had friends over- great apartment for all these activities. Dominique met us to let us in and her husband helped us w our bags. They both gave us many day trip recommendations which were all great. Please walk across the bridge to Villenvue de Avignon! I really couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s as described and could easily accommodate a family w the two bedrooms. Easy five stars for me and partner.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days for a bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was very happy with our choice! Numerous beds available and no one had to sleep in the living room as is often the case. Great for a group stay.

Gregoire and Magali are gems and their place is fantastic. We definitely want to come back and would recommend them and their place to friends or family. The apartment is a little outside of the main town and right next to a parking lot so it's perfect if you plan on renting a car or if you want a beautiful quiet place that is still walking distance to the main attractions. If you're coming from the TGV station, I'd recommend an uber. This place looks nice in the pictures and it's even better in person. The beds are comfortable and shower is large. Dishwasher works great and so does the washer,kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The lift and the stairs are right by entrance to the building. The Apartment is on the first floor almost directly across from the elevator so it's quite simple to get in and out. There's a chest in the corner stacked with games for families. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

An apartment enjoying a great location in a quiet residence with garden views. We enjoyed everything without moving the car from the garage. Arriving at night thanks to Cathy's very clear explanations we had no problem finding and retrieving the keys. The bedding was comfortable and the apartment clean we will rent again if we have to return to Le Grau du Roi without hesitation.

Adelaide's accommodation is well arranged and tastefully decorated and clean. She took care to leave us fresh water and some treats, towels and sheets. The accommodation is well located and not too far from the big cities. You won't be disappointed, I'd just say the fridge isn't the best. Thank you for your kindness.

Thank you for this stay. This apartment is exceptional for a family with children. Everything is designed to have a good time and for everyone to have their space. Plenty of storage. Very functional bathroom. Very well-equipped kitchen and our hosts were very friendly. Easy communication. We had a great stay and will keep this address carefully. Thank you!!
