It was a very good experience! Tiffany is available, attentive, responsive, and far-sighted. The house is very clean, well arranged and tidy. We didn't miss a thing. Everything was there, from cereal for children to toilet linens to hygiene products and games. A real pleasure for the little ones to discover the games room... as much as that of the parents when the stress of the departure cleaning flies in front of Tiffany's services. It was a very short stay that we will not hesitate to renew next time!

I had a fabulous stay at this location! My only concerns were the stairs leading to the bedroom ( I sometimes have difficulty with stairs) and the fact that my rental vehicle was far too big for French driving so that it was tricky at times to get into the courtyard to park. But with patience it all worked out fine. I really felt at home here. I was able to accomplish what I set out to do from this location, delve into French culture and experience life as a local not just a tourist. I was able to see a great deal of the city by walking and I've completely worn my ankles out. I enjoyed getting out early and watching the city come alive too. The host was friendly and responsive during the day. She was unable to meet me at check-in for medical reasons but I got to meet her in person at her mother's shop in the city. If you're spending a few days in Angouleme, definitely consider staying here. For local restaurant recommendations be sure to see the rental guide provided.

We had booked Hermine's house for 9 nights, were very, very friendly received by the co-host Mélanie, who looked after us very nicely in person or by phone during our entire stay for all questions. The house is very nice, cozy, tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. For us, the location was ideal, because we like peace and seclusion. The surrounding villages are very small and tranquil, but you can shop nearby. We have done some bike rides, the paths are well developed. We also enjoyed Angoulème very much. All in all a lovely stay and a perfect care! Merci beaucoup à Mélanie! Attention: The stairs to the upper floor are beautiful but not suitable for people who are not good at walking. You can't enter it with shoes, it has no handrail and is very irregular and smooth. It was no problem for us, though.

We really liked Thomas’ place. The pool is much better than the photos look and the pool was very clean. A great little seating area under a canopy and plenty of sun loungers. Rarely used by anyone else! Good location for road cycling (road cyclists from UK will find the roads undulating and open). Really nice peaceful setting. Really quiet. WiFi good enough to do video calls to work from the house.

The house is very pleasant, quiet and 20 minutes walk from the center of Angouleme, 10 minutes walk from the Victor Hugo market. No problem with parking. The house is very well arranged with all the necessities. The upstairs bedroom is of good size and there is plenty to store your belongings. The bathroom has a well-designed shower and the washing machine is handy. As we were there in the summer the laundry was drying out very quickly. The room is well laid out, there is a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a 4 zone induction plate. We were able to cook without difficulty. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. I'll be happy to go back

We had a great stay with the family at Alexandre's. Traveling with an 18-month-old baby, Alexandre provided us with high chair, umbrella bed, etc. The house is nice and well equipped, it feels like home! Alexandre is a considerate and attentive host. We particularly appreciated his recommendations on the things to do in and around Angouleme, as well as the selection of comics available.

Ann was very available, and was very accommodating (especially on our arrival time, a thousand thanks for that) The accommodation is very large, we stayed at 14 (9 adults and 5 children) and we did not lack space (except maybe on the kitchen table in rainy weather) The exterior is huge, and great for the kids. The pool is large and its access is well secured. The game room with darts, ping, badminton... and the bike room with bike available are really a plus.
