the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We had a comfortable stay in a walkable and easy to find neighborhood. The flat was pristine and welcoming. Very useful to have parking space for a car to travel around the area!

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.
