the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.

Thanks to Alexandre for hosting us. Tastefully appointed and very very very well located apartment. All amenities are almost at the foot of the building as well as the beach. The plus, a parking space in the basement. I highly recommend.

We spent a week at Francoise's place in September 2024. We are very happy, the apartment was fantastic and a super starting point for activities in the surrounding nature (bike rides through the Marais, paddling in Veillon, Richard Löwenherz Castle in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, old church and great cabane in Brem and much more). The apartment itself is small but exquisitely furnished. We didn't expect the fold-out sofa bed as the only bed after the apartment description, but we were able to sleep well in it. The view of the sea is fantastic, due to the location of the apartment on the VI floor, the hardly busy, single-lane road can practically be heard at all. Thank you to our hosts for this wonderful time!

Beautiful and very pleasant house. Everything was great, the bedding, the amenities, the location and the calm. And Marie Christine was very thoughtful (decorated fir tree and well heated house for our arrival). We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect for a beach getaway The house is right behind the dunes and is close to the village center, where you can shop for everything. You do not need a car to get maximum rest. We will be happy to return in the next one!

The listing matched the photos perfectly. There is everything you need for appliances to stay there for a few days. Conveniently located, 25 minutes from LE PUY DU FOU. Mathilde welcomed us very warmly. The municipality is CERIZAY is very nice and there are all the amenities.

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Wow what a great Airbnb! Perfect location for St Martin de Ré. Amazing to have a sauna! Nice spacious bedrooms and comfortable open showers. The wood furniture and furnishings are quite unique and different. Definitely a recommended option if available.

Conveniently located in the hyper-center, everything is nearby and can be done on foot and Maryse has many recommendations for visits, restaurants and activities. Very clean, in a secure environment and absolute calm despite its location. Secure private parking included is a plus, as parking is overloaded and paying on the surrounding streets.

I highly recommend it. The apartment is extremely well located, quiet, very close to the port of La Rochelle. The accommodation's services are impeccable. The bedding is great.
