Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme

We stayed a few days for a loved one's birthday. We were 10 people staying with Jacques. Everyone enjoyed the setting and space. Jacques is a very warm and welcoming host. Everything was perfect. We recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful place, cozy house furnished with care. Communication with Lena went very well. An issue with the heating was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, only the washing machine did not work (but was not very bad for us). Doggy could come along. All with a very enjoyable stay.

The house is lovely, nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. During the winter months, the fireplace stove is welcome, we monitored our electric heating consumption so as not to exceed our budget. Guy is really a very nice and available host, and willing to help with any questions.

We had a wonderful week staying at the house. It was super clean, perfect size and nice and private. There isn't anything to do within walking distance (including any shops) but that was fine by us as we had the car and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We visited as a family, two children 8 and 10 and three adults and the house was a perfect size. I worked remotely a few days and the WiFi was perfect, accommodating video calls as well. Would love to revisit in the future. Thanks Emilie and family!

Quality accommodation, very well decorated and very well-equipped, nothing was missing. The two independent bathrooms for each room are really ideal for coming with 2 couples. One of the best homes we've done on air bnb 🙂

Lovely cottage in the scenic and quiet countryside. Great for a driving holiday to visit sites all over Normandy. Spacious and private. Jean-Pierre was very responsive and friendly, good recommendations of things to do in the local area.

the Loft is very nice with this view of nature in the middle of a pretty estate and 15 minutes from many tourist villages and beaches by car . Everything is planned for the relaxation with terrace and sauna and the Celestins estate is a haven of peace. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything Julie.

The apartment matches the photos, the views are stunning. The bedding is quality, the hot tub is perfectly functional. Everything was clean and functional. Small welcome tray that is always nice. In short, an experience without a false note.

The apartment is very nice, bright and warmly decorated (thank you for the Christmas decorations!). We had the essentials for cooking and even good products available. Lots of books and games too. Boris was always very quick to respond, communication was very nice and easy. The apartment is in a quiet area, a few cars pass in front of the house, it is well located halfway between the Bay of Somme and the Tréport (car needed), you can reach Cayeux-sur-mer in 10’by bike to find shops and restaurants.

Great stay in this house where you can feel at home or the family atmosphere is felt. My mom and grandma, for which this stay was the gift, were subjugated and extremely won over by the whole place, especially the Bow Window adjoining the kitchen which has crazy charm. The host is proactive in preparing for the arrival of the guests and very friendly. We recommend it.

Great location for a number of activities (walking, sailing etc), peaceful road and property, large garden, spacious living area. Host was clear and communicated well throughout.

It was a perfect peaceful getaway for a family of 4 with the children aged 3.5 and just turned 2. The house has everything you need inside and climbing frame and trampoline outside perfect for wearing the children out. Aurlien was kind enough to set up fishing rods for us to go fishing and catching one is a great memory from our stay. The village is very peaceful and everyone we met friendly, there are busier towns within a 10 minute drive and the coast 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend a stay, (the children also slept amazingly due to the black out shutters on every window).

Ideal house for a family weekend! Plenty of space, trendy furnishings, very well-kept rooms and sanitary facilities, large well-equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories. Also reception and leaving home perfect by appointment, with the necessary flexibility. Thank you.

Huge garden with boules court (boules included!) bbq and pool. Villa itself stunning, spacious and v well equipped. Great laundry room. Village pretty with wonderful, welcoming boucherie. Abbeville handy and St Valerie full of great and varied restaurants. V pretty. Trip up the Somme valley a must. Finally thanks to Phillippe who was a great host. We would love to return some time.

We would definitely recommend Arnaud’s place to anyone. It is our second visit and hopefully not our last. Everything is so comfortable and feels very homely. The location is excellent and is within a 5 minute walk of the shops and restaurants. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!!
