Absolutely perfect. The communication with Stacey and Laura was very easy, quick and helpful. The resort staff were friendly and always there if you need them. The location is the best you can find on St. John, with everything being within a couple minute walk. There's a plethora of beach chairs, floats, and anything else you need for the perfect beach day. AC and wifi worked like a charm, the bed induced great dreams and the balcony was perfect for a sundowner and to just chill out. Everything was outstanding. I'll be booking again soon, just as long as they'll have me :).

This was our first time visiting St.Thomas and Theresa’s condo made it that much better. We traveled with a toddler and she had everything we needed for him and more. She was helpful with giving recommendations and checking in with us throughout our stay. The location was quiet and had a nice pool and beach front right outside our place. The restaurants were nice and had kid friendly options. We look forward to another trip to the Caribbean .

Look no further! This place is safe, amazing and breath taken! I went with my wife and two kids under 12 years old. It was very safe, in a gated location and extremely relaxing. This place has the best views ive seen so far! Woke up every morning to an amazing sunset! Tryst me this place is worth every single penny. Would be coming back for sure!

We rented two units of her’s that were next to each other. She had the porch door that connected the two balconies opened so we could easily access each other. Her place was great, with beautiful views and she had a book full of suggestions and instructions. It was a wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time in redhook. The location was perfect because it was a short drive from all the activities and restaurants we wanted to visit. The house was very clean and the condo manager Ayla was very responsive and helpful.

Look no further than Paradise Palms...you just cannot beat this property. From the view - OMG the view!! - to the comfort, it really felt like a home away from home...just in paradise. Rent your jeep, stop at the the Market for groceries and your set for the perfect getaway. The community is quiet and tucked away, but not far from anything. Nothing on St. Thomas is far from anything. Paradise Palms ticked every mark on our list. Stocked with toiletries, kitchen goodies, a grill and a patio you'll never want to leave. Mark quickly responded to all of my questions as did their property manager, Cathy. The way both condos were situated next to each other gave us plenty of room to spread apart and plenty of room to hang out together. The condos are completely separate, with separate entrances, but right next to each other. We will definitely be back on St. Thomas one day, and this will be the first place we look to stay.

The Westin is amazing and the space looked just like the pictures. We ended up in the Villas on the hill which we ended up loving!!! We had no problem getting shuttles and never had to call for one during our entire week stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely, comfortable condo directly above a stone beach. Loved the sound of the waves and watching the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The area was quiet and private with 2 restaurants within walking distance. Anna was very responsive in answering questions about navigating the area. We really enjoyed our trip to this beautiful island and our stay in Southside.

Moses was very accomodating of a last minute booking due to a canceled flight. The condo was clean and looked like the pictures. Very close to the airport. Great place to stay if you find yourself needing a last minute accomodation.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Cute property in a great location. Loved how private it was. Although in Jan., the pool was cold, we still used it and loved having it. Chris took time to include little extras like snorkel gear and sun screen. All units in this enclosed and secure property are very private -- almost like a compound with pretty landscape within along the walkways. The restaurant onsite is so very worth it! Restaurant, cafe and bar on beach just a walk away are also awesome. The beach is beautiful and you can swim and snorkel right there. Live music on Sunday afternoon/early evening is wonderful plus! Chris was super responsive. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later. The USVI has a lot to offer!

great location. loved the gated community. was clean and beautiful with excellent view. nice easy check in process. very spacious and clean rooms. had a library of books about local area. landscaping was beautiful. the community pool and pool table were great. wish we could have used the pool table in commons area before noon or after 9:00pm some days. originally thought we wanted to stay in Coral Bay area away from the crowds, but after driving all over the island we were glad we didn't because that whole coral Bay area smelled like sulfur. we cooked the majority of our meals. the place was well stocked with spices. the cook top was a bit hard to figure put for us since we have a gas stove at home. if you like infrared cook tops, then you are set. the y had a dishwasher and good fridge and nice microwave. pots were good but pans could be better. had one stainless steel pan that was not non stick. the only nonstick pan was warped because someone probably left it heated on stove without food and then put cold water on it in the sink while hot. Knives were okay. plenty of counter space. dining table was really neat. bathrooms were super sweet all 3 with awesome showers. washer and dryer was wonderful. ac worked well. TV options were great. veranda was awesome for morning breakfast and evening sunset meals. BBQ grill is a nice weber with clean grates and full propane tank but had to use a match to light one side. grilled a couple meals. although this was higher price range than I would have liked, it was overall a phenomenal place to stay. if in your budget, I wouldn't think twice. you will be happy with this booking.

This place was amazing and very convenient. Easy to locate for the taxi driver, which is very important. You can get lost in St. Thomas without the proper directions. Our room was clean and cozy. The property itself had a variety of restaurants to eat from. I would recommend and surely would book again.

David was very helpful and responsive. Quick drive down the hill into cruz bay and the ferry.

The photos do not do Brnadon's place justice; we were absolutely stunned by how modern and lovely his condo is! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pool and two restaurants on-site. Brandon also helped make our engagement celebration really special and was super accommodating. We cannot wait to come back!

Staying at Kim’s place was excellent. It was exactly as described. She was very responsive, polite, and informative, and what I loved the most, we had plenty of shower towels and beach towels! This is a must rent place!

I had an incredible stay at this Jazmin's airbnb ! The place was spotless and perfectly located right by one of the best beaches on the island. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing a detailed guide to local attractions and restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

located in a peaceful Central setting. quiet neighbors. if you ever see them. The pool is rarely used and peaceful, much deeper than margaritaville's pool. everything you need from cooking. small amount of food to having your needs well. kept also easy access to nearby restaurant and Beach cab access. extremely easy to get anywhere you need to go if you're not driving. it was very peaceful and clean. Wow Philip truly went above and beyond for us. I use Airbnb all the time and he’s been my favorite to communicate with. Not only was the place gorgeous and incredible views, but Philip also gave us local recs as well as recommended a boat company for our last minute needs. I stayed here one night for my nephews wedding ,at Ritz I really enjoyed the place was clean , renovated , furniture and kitchen was great , beautiful view to water I definitely recommend and be back soon !
