The flat left us wanting for nothing, it literally had everything we could have needed and while compact, was clutter free and cleverly designed

Private resort with hotel like features — The garden apartment is on the bottom floor of a shared apartment complex. The front door is a slatted door that allows a cool breeze to sweep through the apartment. But also allows bugs in, the noise of any neighbors and the singing of birds. The bedroom is sound insulated with a regular door and air conditioning unit. There is no air con in the living room but has an efficient ceiling fan. The TV was new and had good live options. The garden patio is the highlight of the apartment with 2 cushy loungers and 4 person dining set. It’s very private behind the apartment because there is no footpath or walkway. The kitchen has coffee and tea options, and plenty of kitchen hardware to make meals. The Westmoreland is an expansive private resort with multiple gatehouses and entrances. We always felt safe. Brigitte was an outstanding host - super communicative, offered great recommendations and was accommodating to all needs. Be sure to rent a car.

My stay at Sean’s place was definitely a 5 star rating. The place was easy to find, directions were clear and check-in was easy, as Sean waited until we arrived. Sean is a very responsive host and he communicated well with me during the stay. I had identified a very small issue after 2 days, which I told him he didn’t need to address, but he still fixed it immediately. The apartment is modern, clean and is exactly as shown in the photos. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood and there was hardly any outside noises during the day or night. Definitely value for money.

I have been travelling to Barbados for 52 years. This is the first time for my stay in this area. Easy access to the nearby beach (10 min walk). Close to buses for destinations around the island. They provided extra items in the kitchen which helped in prepping meals. We enjoyed the cold Banks beer on arrival. We enjoyed the garden area for relaxing and reading our books. They picked up and returned us to the airport for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this cozy cottage. jeannie

This was our second time staying at Doug’s place, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The house was immaculately clean and organized, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Doug was attentive, responsive, and always available to assist with any requests. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back again.

The location is wonderfully remote, offering peace and seclusion. With a rental vehicle, it's a quick 10-minute drive to the town and beach. Our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Loxy was a responsive and considerate guest. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway!

Rosemary was very hospitable and very accommodating. I was able to communicate with her through different channels and she always responded in a timely manner. She deserves nothing short of an excellent review. I enjoyed my stay at RED DOOR! I would definitely recommend staying there.

Paul & Cleo are wonderful hosts. We want to return next year. This three bedroom unit exceeded all our expectations. The nice surprise was having a fridge stocked with cold beverages.

Leah and Sherry were wonderful and friendly hosts, Fitt's village is a nice little quiet spot with some decent walkable restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. The beach doesn't have the amenities that some of the other beaches may have with loungers to rent and food on site, but it does have showers/washrooms and is nice for swimming. The place has strong AC and a well setup kitchen, the back patio is nice with an outdoor shower to clean sand off from the beach and in the evenings is a nice cool place to hang out.

Really quiet and peaceful place 5 minute drive to restaurants and supermarket I really loved this place I would definitely visit again The owner / management replied in seconds when I could not find the washing machine which was in a outside room Private pool was a nice bonus and lights up at night Michael

Fabulous place to stay, good location and excellent host. Sally met us on the day we arrive and organised the pick up transfer from the airport. Honestly can’t fault the place and was perfect for our first time in Barbados. We had washed all out towels not realising we had a cleaner too, who was lovely too. Would recommend if you are looking for a location close the the beach and close to places to eat. Recommend CiCi’s by the petrol garage and Seashed!

I made a reservation at Ian’s place for my wife and two daughters and this is their feedback: We had a great stay overall. Ian was incredibly responsive and friendly. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack provided. The property benefits from an excellent location with convenient transportation options, as buses run right in front of it. However, bear in mind it is situated on the main road. Also, you can hear barking from neighbouring dogs, neither of which bothered us. We enjoyed our time here and would happily choose to stay at this property again in the future.

Ricardo and Denise really have an amazing space, it's quiet and the perfect getaway from home experience you will need. They are very accommodating, extremely helpful and always check in to be sure you are doing well. Check in and check out times a flexible which was a plus in my books. Linens and decor, all spotless, activities in the yard make the space even more charming. And there is nothing better than sitting in the hot tub in the evening or catching a sunset from the driveway under the canopy in the comfortable chairs there. All in all, an absolutely amazing space and I will be back

We stayed at Palm House in Feb 24, 6 in total, 3 of them children. I'd probably say the photos of the villa don't fully do it justice - villa was a great size for 6 of us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, garden area is larger than we had anticipated. Small pool just outside of garden gate, then large 25m pool through another gate. Beach, restaurants and bars only a couple of min walk. Local 24hr garage for minor supplies approx 5min walk and Speghitstown is either a 5min drive or 30min walk away. Ideal location and would highly recommend.

We loved this place! My wife and I stayed here for 10 days with her 87 year old father. We had two large air conditioned bedrooms and a large living room, dining room and kitchen with everything that you could ever need in it. It had a big private back patio off the kitchen with a bar & beer fridge, comfy chairs and patio table. Half of it was covered for much needed shade & rain protection at times when those 5-10 minute showers passed by. It had an outdoor shower that I used everyday after a leasurely 5 minute walk back from the beautiful Mullins beach! It had 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a couple small coolers that we used everyday! We had some nice restaurants & bars within a 5-7 minute walk which we frequented regularly. We went to many beautiful restaurants on the water for dinner in Speighstown & Holetown. They were a 10 minute island bus ride for $2 us dollars or you could get a taxi ride for $15 us dollars. We will be back & highly recommend this slop to everyone!!!!

Had an excellent time, thank you sharing your place. Very clean and airy feel, nice large verandah with comfy sitting and view of the sea. Close to Holetown (by car or bus) and Mullins and Speightstown. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Wi-fi was fast, and TV if needed. There was even ice in the freezer on arrival.

Lantana condos worked great for us. Bus stop right out front $3.50 barbados each. We used it most days to travel up and down the west coast to lots of different beaches and was great. Rented a car 3 days to tour the rest of the island. Eva the cleaning lady is very sweet. We had a fabulous time!

From the beginning when we reserved the place, if we had any questions i sent the to her and they were answered in a timely manner and then some. We were told about the beaches and restaurants near by and Tina the other host I was in contact with was great to work with as well. She was messaging me about a couple of broken things and let us know right away and was always getting back to me via WHATS APP on all the other stuff that came up. I wish I would of got to meet her in person. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Barbados and i would stay at Lantana again. Thanks again.

We had a fantastic week staying here. First of all Jacqui was so kind and helpful, and so quick to respond to our messages. She couldn’t have done any more for us. The villa is beautiful and in a great location. It had everything we needed. And was close enough to all the amenities we would need. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully get back ourselves one day.

Sarah was very responsive and Collis was a very friendly host. Beautiful setting, views were spectacular, photos do not do it justice. All facilities were great, sun beds and pool towels a bonus. We barely needed the AC as the ceiling fans kept the bedrooms lovely and cool. Pool was lovely to have as an option but also easy walk to the beach and local places to eat, Ci Cis just down past Mullins is a cracking little place to eat, drink and watch the sunset. We had a car and parked in the secure parking but you can walk or get buses very easily. We would definitely come here again and would highly recommend.

Loved loved this place It’s a gorgeous, spacious apartment with everything u need to relax and enjoy. The gardens and pool area are beautiful with plenty of sunloungers. Loved seeing the hummingbirds and monkeys in the garden. The ladies who clean are so sweet and friendly so is the gardener we loved chatting to them. Ian and Helen were amazing hosts so accommodating and helpful Defo recommend and hope to Return soon.
