The apartment is as described. It is pleasant. There is a bus stop (line 15) about 100 meters away. During this period, 1h30mn between 2 buses which did not correspond to my treatment schedules. Due to our availability, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Florence; nevertheless, she was easily reachable by phone, at the list and caring. I would recommend her apartment.

Great stay in Mèze. Very quiet and secure residence. Good contact with neighbors. Vast apartment, well appointed, simply but tastefully decorated. Very well equipped. Unmissable in Mèze. We took little advantage of the space and the terrace because beautiful weather throughout the week, but in case of bad weather the quality and surface of the accommodation would have been appreciated. We will be back!

Perfect apartment for a stay in the center of Sète, everything is nearby, shops, the harbor, the Canal Royal, the Corniche, Mont Saint-Clair. Marie-Noëlle welcomed us very well with sympathy and kindness. Good advice, she told us restaurants and must-see outings to do in the city. Her place is spotless, nothing is missing, two large terraces overlook beautiful sea views and the hustle and bustle of the harbor. We had a pleasant stay at Martin's apartment. it matches in every way with the photos and listing description. It is well located, a lovely view of the sea and the port. you will be close to several bus lines for cultural visits and different beaches. We had no difficulty parking our car near the small house. Martin is responsive and extremely friendly. We will come back without hesitation.

Pretty, well-kept apartment with lots of charm in an old walls. Perfect host, everything perfect. Quiet, very close to the center. Bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. are easily accessible.

Sandrine is an adorable 40-year-old - punctual - attentive - who takes the time to chat on site with her hosts. Unbeatable value for money. Maisonette refurbished with taste and with all the comforts for four people. For the most part: reversible air conditioning - microwave oven - dishwasher - washing machine - coffee maker - fridge freezer - 2 induction hobs and a beautiful spacious terrace with barbecue for beautiful days. I have not measured but the 2 beds are very spacious and must be a minimum of 160 cm wide. A parking space on the grounds of the residence with gate and electric gate. If we have a chance, we will not hesitate to return. We would highly recommend it. Thank you Sandrine

Beautiful stay at Frédéric's. The small villa is very well located, close to all shops and the beach. Inside, you can find everything you need to make life easier for us and make it pleasant for us. Our host's aunt is a very charming neighbor, and Frédéric is very friendly, and has good advice. We will be delighted to come back to rent in this very charming place.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also top notch. Each en-suite bedroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

We enjoyed the two days in this apartment very much: the location is brilliant and the apartment has everything you need - except Wi-Fi! Really a pity! Also the sofa has a lot of stains! But otherwise it was all good! We felt very comfortable! Would come again!

We had a fantastic week at this little vacation rental. Location is great, very close to the beach. The apartment has pretty good amenities (including good AC), and the terrasse is definitely a highlight. Had a great time here!
