House vacation rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

We had a fantastic holiday exploring the area. The house was amazing and the kids didn’t want to leave the pool. We drove down from England, it was very handy having the car to get around, you are surrounded by beautiful places. I would come again!

We had a great stay Cecile was always available and the accommodation is very well thought out for a family with 3 teenagers.

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

This house is stunning and the views are gorgeous. The outside areas are so well equipped and well thought out. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Jesper was so quick to respond and helpful with any queries we had and providing information. Definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at this house! Corinne's welcome was very warm and she was responsive and particularly available and attentive to us throughout the stay. Great host! The house is very functional and as described . Beautiful interior, the outside is very nice and offers various activities especially for children (pool large enough to cool off, ping pong table, trampoline ect) Everything is well thought out for a family with children! We recommend ++

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, with its lovely garden and pool. The area is very calm and peaceful, yet close to many nice destinations for day trips. Julien and his wife Celine were always helpful and very responsive, and really helped us out when it turned out we had forgotten our coats at the house after we returned home. Would highly recommend.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

We were very kindly welcomed by Teddy who showed us the place. A large apartment very functional, clean and well-equipped. A secure parking lot, having an electric vehicle, the outlet is missing, but this is just a detail. Really a reservation to recommend, you can go there without a second thought.

We stayed at Olessia's place for a family gathering. There were 12 of us among adults, teenagers and children and we were all conquered by the pleasantness of staying there. The location of the accommodation allows you to reach the center of Menton and the highway in ten minutes by car. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished, equipped with everything you need and with a magnificent view (unforgettable sunrise!). Olessia was always present and available at all stages: from booking to check-out and also for our requests during the stay. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful accommodation. Very private. Nice pool which you often get to yourself. Most residents really friendly. Very spacious with everything you need. All bedrooms good sized. 20 minute walk into Antibes and 10 mins to local supermarket. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Buses are cheap if you don’t want to walk. Trains are cheap if you want day trips out to Monaco, Cannes etc. Ana was very helpful throughout and you receive a welcome pack with loads of useful information. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay, very well-located house, quiet.

The house is wonderful. It is spacious and clean and very well Kept. Fabulous pool with electric cover. Great BBQ. There are 6 bedrooms each with bathroom but some share toilets. The village is very quiet but very well Located to all the towns and villages around. 25 mins to Antibes. 45mins to Monaco and 30 mins to Nice. Very good grocery and butcher. Very spacious grounds and good parking.

We highly recommend this accommodation. The location is super located and very quiet. The hosts were very friendly. Good starting point for Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez and Cannes etc. We had a lovely week there....😊

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We had a very pleasent stay in Mougins. The house was located in the historical village of Mougins and very beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside in the courtyard. Laetitia was very helpful and proactive. She helped us with parking in the area and she was very helpful as a local guide. The house was clean and the kitchen had all necessary tools. I recommend.

Beautiful secluded cabin in the south of France. Small and cold plunge pool. Very cosy.

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a small problem with the gate, and very accommodating when at our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very nice outside!

Wow! What a beautiful home! We had absolutely everything we needed. Yerin and Joanna were great communicators and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Nice. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Five stars all around! Location, location, location! Plus a beautifully decorated interior with lots of artwork and a huge garden with many different “rooms”. Melanie is charming and responsive. Fully equipped kitchen. We had plans for sightseeing but hardly left the property, spending the week reading and relaxing, and enjoying the views in this beautiful spot.
