Beautifully resorted French house, keeping the character but with a modern well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with great showers. Excellent quality bed linen throughout, plus plenty of towels and extras for the pool. Exactly as the photos depict it. Lovely pool in a quiet garden. Cover allows for use even in inclement weather. Warm welcome when we were met by the hosts on arrival. Very helpful hosts with lots of good recommendations. Walkable to the centre of the village, with a great market on Friday mornings. Plenty of on street parking directly outside the front of the house. Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

Cécile, our host, was very responsive to my questions. Dorothée, who welcomed us, was very flexible on our departure and arrival times. Both made our stay very smooth. The house is located on a peninsula, very quiet, facing the ocean. The view is absolutely breathtaking, with direct access to the sea. The house is very well equipped. The neighborhood is very residential, and the nearest shops are accessible by car only. For those who need connection, the 4G network is very limited and there is no internet. In short, a place of great disconnection for lovers of the sea and the observation of seabirds and garden.

We had a very pleasant time on December 31st with our two children. The welcome was exceptional of kindness both and very available the most because their shop is right next to the accommodation! We were lucky enough to share a great calligraphy demonstration. The space was impeccably clean with everything you needed. And the exceptional location to visit Rochefort en Terre on foot with a free location for our car in front of the accommodation. Another big thank you to both of you. We recommend the place +++++.

Very welcoming hosts, who give good tour ideas. They are very discreet. Pleasant accommodation and it is very appreciated to have a quiet and shaded exterior to rest after a day of visiting in the heat. We forget that the property has a TV. Recommended.

Mélanie is very accommodating . Her studio is clean, located by the sea with hiking trails nearby, the center and shops just a 10 min walk away. Beautiful environment. Tastefully decorated apartment, everything you need is available, it's perfect. The residence is quiet and private parking space. Summer must be even better to enjoy the small private courtyard and swimming pool of the residence! There is no room, it is the sofa that can be converted into a bed and there are 2 children's bunk beds in the entrance but the listing description is compliant.

We very much enjoyed our short stay in St Jacut-les-Pins. Anaïs was very attentive, we felt right at home in the house, and enjoyed the exchanges (and for our daughters, the games) with the whole family! We hope to be back! Thanks again. Emilie and Florentin
