Very nice apartment with an indoor patio that you don't leave. The shared garden is great, trampoline, table tennis and the other children are very nice. The tram is a 10 minute walk and it takes us to the center of Nantes, it's very fast. The two downsides are the very small children's rooms and the planes you hear a lot. We had a lovely week

Last summer, together with four others, I was able to enjoy Baptiste and Clémentine's accommodation. Already before arrival, Baptiste's hospitality made for a pleasant stay, and the cat was also very cozy to have with it. The garden is wonderful, I'd love to come back here!

Antoine's place is very spacious and pleasant, the terrace is very friendly and herbal. The kitchen has a lot of amenities. Plenty of street parking. The host is responsive, kind and gave us a lot of recommendations for activities! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Very nice accommodation, great location. The tram just in front , super quiet from beautiful walks to the center of Nantes very close. 1 more private parking. Very well equipped kitchen. Living room with the veranda very nice. This home has stairs, so it's not suitable for young children. Please check out scheduled at 10:30 am which can be negotiated but it's really too early!

It was nice to be personally greeted by Tiphaine & Joel on our arrival. Very helpful with arrival time. Joel gave us the tour of the house and how things worked (and the few quirks!) The house looks like a tradition house from the street but on entering the door, opens to a huge open plan living/dining/kitchen space with fantastic full width bi-fold doors to the private garden. We all loved this space! The property is a loved family home and has lots of nice touches. The living/lounge has a fab wood burning stove , which lit easily each night. The kitchen was very well quipped and a huge dining table makes meal times a pleasure! The first floor has two double bedrooms with a toilet and bath/shower room on the landing. The second floor has impressive double bedroom with walk-in glass shower and huge fully glazed wall (not for the modest!). Separate toilet off the landing. A fourth room for tv/video with a sofa that makes into a bed, ideal for kids? In Summary, loved the place!

Very nice little house, renovated very elegantly, bright, clear and very pleasant to stay in! Also well equipped, especially for children (walking, toys and games,books). The small garden is very well designed and maintained. Spaces opened in every room to put things. The impression of a "professional" airbnb while we are at Chloé and Jean-Baptiste's! As for the location, it is ideal, 300m from the garden of plants and not even 1km from the castle of the Dukes of Brittany. Note that if you need to access the accommodation by the car, this one is at the bottom of a cul-de-sac closed by a gate, you have to ask for the beep to access. We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a 2 night stay at Antonin's place. The house is nice, set in a quiet area. We benefited from suitable amenities for our baby which is very convenient. The house is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out process is simple and flexible. We would recommend this listing.

We had a family stay (a couple and a 2 year old child) absolutely superb! The house is ideally located for visiting Pornic, its port, small shops, the market, restaurants, access to shuttles to get to the beach (even if possible on foot too). Recommended!

Nice little house, really only 50 meters to the beach (to the water at low tide a little further). Pascale welcomed us very nicely in person, explained everything. Even had boards for the motorcycles on hand. Someone thought of that. Also in the house. Great recommendation for the evening, the beach bar La Cabane is only 400m away. Great stay. I will gladly come back.

Had a lovely stay in Nantes. The accommodation is very functional and clean. The neighborhood is rather quiet and close to public transportation. Corinne was very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend!
