House vacation rentals in Saint-Savinien

We had a great time at Maryline's place. The house was very nice with beautiful sea views, as described. Nothing was missing except the nice weather…. We'll be happy to go back.

There were 7 of us, as a family (2 adults, 5 children including adults), for this stay at Alexandre's. Great welcome (with small papillotes and Christmas tree), sober and pretty decor, comfortable and well chosen furniture, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and spacious bedding, well-lit, plenty of storage. Impeccable bath and bed linens. Delighted by this choice of accommodation that is both spacious and friendly, well located and convenient. We would have liked to have stayed longer and recommend this choice. In the middle of winter we did not enjoy the outdoors which looks super nice too! Thank you so much! I add that the price of the stay is extremely competitive for the services offered.

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

The house is very nice and well equipped. We stayed there for a week with our children (young adults), the house is suitable with its master bedroom, two bedrooms on the floor, its large living room, its protected terrace and the swimming pool. Very well located, it is close to the center of La Rochelle and road access allowing you to move quickly and easily over nearby towns like Ile de Ré (less than 20 minutes away). To recommend

Very nice townhouse, comfortable, pretty with the bonus of the hot tub and hammam for relaxation. A perfect family stay.

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

excellent stay for a week in this nice spacious house, very quiet, well located, very well equipped with a nice terrace for meals and comfortable sunbeds. Our stay for the Christmas holiday went smoothly. The house meets our needs, it is pleasant, functional, as described. The little Christmas decor installed for the occasion was appreciated. The huge plus for St-Jean, the private and gated courtyard for parking, also convenient when you have children who want to move. The host is attentive and discreet, easy to communicate with. We recommend.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Accommodation according to its description. Very attentive welcome from the owner with little touches (honey and cake). Modern comfort of a recent small house with parking space in front of the door very convenient. We warmly recommend this house, very nice stay.

Very nice location in a quiet, shaded residence. The rooms are a little narrow but it's not really inconvenient because we live mostly outside and we are lucky to have two terraces. Frédéric is a responsive host who has been able to effectively resolve our small concerns.

Delighted with our stay and accommodation when we arrived. Easy access, very complete information in a welcome book to explain how the amenities worked. We quickly turned on a fire when we arrived that quickly heated the space what happiness! The house is so well equipped for cooking (it's rare in a rental). Enclosed garden for our great dog… Easily accessible… beach, supermarket. We took the car to go down to the beach but because we had my mom who is old. I highly recommend and hope to return to Saint Palais. Thanks Fabienne and Gregor.
