Welcome to my small cottage (bottom of the cottage on the ground floor of 26 m2) at an altitude of 1100 m located next to the equestrian center of St Geniez and in the middle of beautiful landscapes (geological reserve of the Alpes de Haute Provence, UNESCO site) with the immediate possibility of hiking, equestrian, geological, mountain biking, paragliding or climbing...As for ping pong, barbecue, pétanque, bikes, hammocks and deckchairs, that's in the garden! Local and river producers not far from the cottage.

Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, outdoor staircase and veranda with foosball, ping pong Jacuzzi table. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Shower jets massage. Located in the heart of the city 400m from the Sncf train station, 10 min on foot from the Prorel gondola departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden . Garden furniture. Very nice view.

My place is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, the ski resorts and the St Julien body of water. Gap is a 15-minute drive and Lac de Serre-Ponçon 30 minutes. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Enjoy accommodation in the heart of downtown Barcelonnette, close to all shops. Apartment located on the first floor of a village building. Ideal for a family or a couple. The apartment is close to ski resorts, 10min from Praloup, 15min from Sauze and 40min from Saint Anne. If you do not want to use the car a shuttle start is 200m from the apartment, serving all stations in the valley.

My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. an inflatable spa is available (only in summer) for 15 euros on the 1st day then 10 the following days and 50 euros per week to be paid on site
