My house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The historic center (Plantagenet city and cathedral) and pedestrian shopping streets are within walking distance as are the best restaurants, theaters and cinemas. Tram 1 stops and many buses are nearby. During the 24 Hours of Le Mans, you can easily come and rest in peace, and possibly enjoy the concerts on the Île aux Planches located nearby.
