Very cozy and modern apartment with great outdoor area. Everything you need and super clean. Parking in front of the door, cozy bedroom and good location to explore the west coast. Quiet and very nice hosts.

We were very pleased with our stay at Laurent's. The house matches the photos, offers a good number of useful amenities. Laurent is not on site and lives in metropolitan France so it is people in contact with him who manage the stewardship of the house and the welcome as well as the departure. We were satisfied with it, it is well organized and Laurent is very responsive by message. Throughout the stay we were able to communicate without any worries, which was reassuring in both directions I think. The house is well maintained and so is the exteriors. A person comes to take care of the exteriors (garden, pool, +garbage cans ) 2 times before weeks, which is really nice. Thank you again Laurent, it was a pleasure staying in your house, and why not come back one day!

We booked 11 days and are delighted with our stay. The unit is very well equipped - also suitable for children with games Air conditioning is a plus as well as all the quality equipment available Kevin is a very professional and accessible host. I enjoyed the ability to clean during the stay We were spoiled with local food when we arrived and small surprises The welcome is warm.
