Quirky little house with garden in unique setting

Perched on a cliff, the neighborhood of Merle Blanc is one of Brest's best-kept secret. A slice of Mediterranean living only a 5 minute walk from the train station through a charming pathway. With its true holiday feel, you'll feel right at home in my little house. It has a covered patio for sunny brunches, a little gardening space with aromatic herbs and even a bit of a sea view. Thanks to the private entrance into the impasse, you won't be disturbed by anyone but the curious birds passing by.

Stunning sea view in the heart of the city

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so we park quite easily!

Jean's House, quiet, exceptional location

The “Maison de Jean” is an old farmhouse that was superbly renovated in spring 2020. It can accommodate up to 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 occupants. It offers a pretty and large garden in the heart of the countryside. You will be ideally located in the heart of the region to shine every day and only 15 or 20 minutes by car from the sea: the Abers to the north, the Rade de Brest to the south and the beautiful and wild west coast of Finistère.

The accommodation is ideal for business travelers or families with children(Wi-Fi), it is quiet on a one-way street and served by buses. It includes a living room open to a fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. The shutters are electric and linens are provided.
