Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint Philip

Outstanding in every way. Beverley is a gracious host with an artist’s eye and a gardener’s green thumb. The space is lovely, well appointed, and surrounded by beautiful plants. The apartment is very comfortable with a good bed and nice sheets. Two nice fans do an excellent job of keeping things cool. The patio opens to an exceptional view of the sea; it’s even better than the picture. If you want a closer look, there’s a very nice walking path along the cliffs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I never worried on the 15-minute walk to the bus stop, even at night. A perfect home base for explorers who appreciate nature and the quieter side of the island. Highly recommended!

very nice place hosted by a lovely gentleman. when we arrived at the airport the airport driver called Carol and Carol gave exact precise directions on how to find the house, and when we arrived Carol was waiting outside for us to greet us. the house is clean and has all of the essentials, close to some beautiful beaches (shark hole, bottom bay) and close to useful amenities at the six roads neighbourhood. the house is fitted with all kitchen essentials and a TV with plenty of channels / on demand films. the house was listed at a very reasonable price at a time when most places on the island were heavily surged due to new years peak.

From the moment i started communicating with Ronnie, i noticed how proactive and friendly he was. He was always one step ahead in ensuring i had a fantastic stay. What stood out to me was how clean his listing was and everything was there as listed at my fingertips. If you looked up “good ole Bajan hospitality” in the dictionary, it would be a picture of Ronnie. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. 10/10

Overall, satisfied with the rental and I did not want to leave. This was one of the most beautiful villas I have rented in Barbados! I recommend this place if you want a personable yet private, luxurious, relaxing and peaceful experience on the coast. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. I made the best of this stay, but I would do things different in the future. This “home in Whitehaven” is a villa in East Resort. I would look to book directly, as they have deals and packages. No need for a middle-man. I can understand why the hosts were so unresponsive leading up to my stay. The management and staff at the resort met us at check-in and engaged with us for the entire stay. They were great!! Thanks Shamima (& all staff)! The entrance was a bit hard to find. The resort is a good distance away from popular places. Transportation can be pricy. Be prepared to go through a formal check-in process signing paperwork and providing credit card information upon arrival.

Corey was a great host. The house was exactly as shown and we enjoyed the garden. He was responsive whenever needed, and checked in periodically to ensure things went well. I would recommend the stay.

Great house Silent neighbourhood.

Lovely place, very clean and fantastic view across the 1st fairway. Shona was a fantastic host, very helpful and offered many tips on the best beaches , restaurants etc. She also obtained some quotes for car hire, one is which we took up. The apartment was tastefully decorated with modern appliances and a huge bed . Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Shona’s place - don’t hesitate, book it!

Barbados is our happy place and we have visited a number of times. We always stay near to Freights Bay for the surfing, and I stumbled upon Simones place during my search because it was a walkable distance. From the outset, Simone was kind, friendly, helpful and efficient. When we arrived we were so pleased with the Condo! It was immaculately clean and has absolutely everything you could need. It’s a real home from home. We think it’s our favourite so far. The photos, if anything, don’t do it justice. You really won’t be disappointed. It’s peaceful and feels safe and it’s wonderful to see the Monkeys going about their business from the kitchen window. The rooftop balcony is a haven. We always rent a car and it would be a benefit to do this we feel, although the walk down to Miami was beautiful. Special thank you to Ms Elizabeth who pops in and cleans, she does a fantastic job. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation in a great location for St Lawrence Gap. Becky was brilliant with information and communication. Would definitely recommend and look to book again in the future!

Just back from a 11 night stay We stayed with friends and had a fantastic time ( our 1st time in Barbados) Saudia’s is exactly as the description It’s in a beautiful complex with lovely surroundings Within easy reach to the beach The swimming was an added bonus for us We were absolutely gutted to be leaving and will definitely be returning Many thanks Saudia’s for a fantastic stay

Stephanie, a co-host was very helpful and provided a warm welcome. The apartment is well-appointed and in a wonderful location. We were within minutes of St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins where there are a plethora of restaurants and beaches where one can rent chairs and spend the day. The apartment overlooks the gold club, which was very convenient. We took full advantage of being able to walk and run on the paths during the off hours. There is also a restaurant in the clubhouse that is open to the public and walked over there several times for a drink and dinner. Would definitely rent from Chantal again.

Loved the property, great location with small private beach, and pool. Located on saint Lawrence gap so close to a number of restaurants and bars. This was a great base for us to explore more of the island. The condo is a fully equipped home with all you need. We stayed 2 weeks and so it was cleaned fully after our first week. June the local host is lovely and was able to answer any queries we had which were few. Will miss the amazing view from the terrace, which is just stunning and the sound of the ocean as you fall asleep every night. Other guests at mistle cove were also lovely. Highly recommend this property!

Had a wonderful time staying at El Soreno, Christchurch, Barbados for Christmas and new year 2024. The location was fabulous, overlooking the beautiful Barbados Golf Course, the apartment was clean and tidy, tastefully decorated and spacious. Charmaine was very responsive and helpful, working really hard to resolve any issues we encountered. It was made even better by being such great value - I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon.
