Great deal! The Airbnb is located in the foothills of Milliken Estate with beautiful views of the valley, is very peaceful with soothing sounds of the whistling frogs all around you. Clyde is very friendly and accommodating. The Airbnb itself was really clean, tidy, and definitely well looked after. It’s incredibly spacious and felt more like a home than the typical vacation rental. What I especially liked about it is it felt like living in the country side yet a stone’s throw away from Bird Rock and Frigate Bay.

About 10-15 minutes from the port, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor apartment is spacious with great views of the mountains and the ocean. This unit also features air conditioning, WiFi, has a full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The apartment manager lives in the downstairs unit and quickly responded to any questions or needs I had. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for someplace quiet away from the city. I would stay here again on future visits to St. Kitts!

Spectacular views from the well furnished terrace. Very roomy and comfortable accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen. Having a full bathroom on the main floor as well as en suite for each bedroom came in handy. Furniture in living room was spacious and comfortable. Alex was great with communicating as well as Pat, the on island manager. We needed a minor repair and Pat sent a repair person immediately. We played many rounds of golf at the Royal St. Kitts golf course. The staff there was wonderful as well as the local people with their smiles and hellos. We highly recommend this lovely villa.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The location was perfect & close to everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. I had no issues at all during my stay, and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-located accommodation! Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous! Mimi, our host, was so friendly and accommodating - when we met her for the first time, she felt like family welcoming us home with hugs! The space is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Clean, spacious and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. So much more space than we thought we'd have. The kitchen was spotless with all the necessities required to cook / snack or prepare foods. The view from the back deck off of the main living area is stunning but more breathtaking is the master bedroom deck view. Cannot explain the feeling of getting to wake up to the sunrise every morning. The roads are exceptionally steep, so walking the neighborhood is a bit of a challenge but not impossible as my kids and I did an early morning loop, daily. Plenty of towels and staples to start your stay. My all time favorite was around 3 -4 o'clock when the back deck wound have the best breeze come off the water making it perfect for napping. A++. Place is exactly as described and pictured. Clean and also had everything needed. Very quiet area, loved this. Host is very responsive and always available if needed. Will definitely stay here again

Our stay at Exotic Comfort Cottage was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Philip went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The cottage itself was everything we hoped for—nice, cozy, and equipped with all the comforts of home. A standout feature was the bathroom, which was beautifully designed and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Philip’s hospitality truly made this experience unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended!
