The house is great , swimming pool is very nice and barbecue also, rooms are clean big with bathrooms in each room . Locations is not that good ( you need to have a car to move to the city or to the beach ( yes next to home there is beach but only 1 ) so you need a car ) In front of the house there is a camping area with a music until 22:30/23pm ( little bit disturbing ) but at the end the house is very nice we’ve had a great time . Thank you for your hospitality.

What a pleasure to stay at Kathleen and Thierry's! Their place is as charming as they are comfortable, and their warm welcome and the exciting exchanges with them made me want to stay much longer! We had a great stay in the villa! Great view overlooking the sea and Saint Tropez, very well equipped kitchen, had kids stuff as well, plenty of room, airconditioned bedrooms, Short walk from the beach. So many pluses! Agathe is super kind and flexible and always quick to respond. 🙏

We had a lovely stay. Andrée is welcoming and pleasant. She remained reachable. She was good tips for activities and discovering the surroundings before and during our stay. We appreciated the different spaces arranged outside to enjoy the shade during this hot stay. The house is as described and the rooms are spacious. The accommodation is well located, close to a bakery on foot, perfect for fresh bread when waking up. The dog enjoyed the garden and the cool room downstairs!

We had a great vacation at cottage 76! The location is great; access to the quick pool, beautiful views of the lake and mountains, sunset in the evening. Cottage with comforts and kitchen well equipped. Very relaxing and well secured place. Access to the highway 2 mins to visit this beautiful region. Lots of shops right next to the estate. Great welcome from Caroline and very responsive person for any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet. We will come again!!!

Above all, we appreciated Ludovic's responsiveness and sharing. He does his job really well with complacency and rigor at the same time. We owe him a proud candle because his house was a refuge for us in a moment of fragility. It was quick and intense but I hope you can taste the different outdoor places more... It should also be noted that there is a very beautiful master bedroom with a very, very nice bathroom. The plain of Montauroux offers many shops with immediate proximity by car. The house, it, is in the middle of nature so suitable for walking, with access to Lake St-Cassien. In December, we took advantage of the fireplace that was enough to warm up the atmosphere. When I think about it, I think we were very lucky and I think you won't be disappointed <3

Wonderful villa a stones throw away from a beautiful rocky beach. Everything you could need for a great family holiday - they have all the essentials you need plus great decor throughout, a beautiful pool and huge TV! Our family of 12 (4 couples, 1 single adult and 3 children) had the best time 💗
