House vacation rentals in Saint-Nicolas

What a uniquely, beautiful place to stay! We all enjoyed our time! The location was conveniently located by a coffee shop and wonderful deli/bakery. Several restaurants are in the neighborhood within walking distance. The house was perfect for 4 couples; 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a kitchen that had everything we needed. We walked to the ferry to visit Quebec City! It was a pleasure to meet Marc!

We loved the place, the location is superb, with the river views and the outdoor fireplace location, it was beautiful. The fireplace in the living room makes the atmosphere inside really nice. We recommend for those looking for a quiet place.

Very pleasant weekend with friends at the chalet. All the necessary amenities were within our reach. This has allowed us to create beautiful memories. Comfortable cottage overall, but near a rather busy road. Lacks a little privacy, but nothing frankly disturbing! We really enjoyed going with our friends' dog.

The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend this spot and would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Suzanne’s place! The house was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully decorated, truly feeling like a home away from home. Suzanne was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to Old Quebec and major attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

Pleasant and bucolic place with snowy fir trees. Living space on the first floor that allows you to cook well eat and relax in the living room. The bedrooms in the basement were comfy. Well appreciated the bathrooms on each level. Very effective communication with the host. A wonderful stay for us!

We had a wonderful stay at this Olivier's place. The host was extremely responsive, always quick to answer any questions and provided plenty of great recommendations for things to do in the area. The place itself was cozy, and felt just like home. It was also very accessible, making it easy to get around, and the location was perfect—close to all the major tourist destinations especially the Frontenac hotel.

This is a beautiful Airbnb. Both homes were very well equipped. There was a lot of dishes. The area is very quiet.

The place was stunning. The perfect get away for a rest and relaxation holiday. Absolutely loved the property. We intend to go back in the summer.

Arthur’s place was really great, it feels like we were in an Ikea showroom - amazing interior/design and the eye for details to make it homey is very nice. We stayed in 6 airbnb in our 3 week vacation in Montreal and his is our favourite. I wish our apartment looks like his place :)

Less than 5 minutes by car to Mont-Sainte-Anne, and a 2 minutes walk to Brasseur des Monts (really nice restaurant and microbrewery), so location is spot on! Highlights for us were: very comfortable mattress (not too soft, not too hard), and a really nice rain shower (bathroom is new). Otherwise everything matches the description and the photos and we had a good time at MSA.

We feel that Eva takes our well-being to heart in every detail: adorable night lights, a nice Christmas tree lit, earplugs for noise disturbances, blankets if we are cold despite a perfectly heated accommodation during these few days of -20. My parents, my spouse and I felt like we were in a cocoon! A big thank you once again!

We had a pleasant stay. The site is really exceptional. A huge terrain facing the river with the sunsets over the Charlevoix mountains. The glass dining room overlooking the river allows for really nice breakfasts. The 2 ½ two bathrooms are really convenient. The interior design is really suitable with the rusticity of the house. The kitchen had all the amenities you wanted. We really enjoyed it. We rent regularly through this site, and this rental is at the top of the appraisal list. To recommend
