A very cocoon passive house, very well appointed and equipped. The terraces are very nice and the view is breathtaking. The starry sky is amazing because there's practically no light pollution. Gaël is very friendly and exciting when he talks about the peculiarities of this passive house. We would have stayed a few more days...

Wonderful stay. From the flat, the view, the staff, the community, I had the privilege of a long term stay that was perfectly provisional for a business/personal mix trip. Ideal co-working and co-living with unexpected hospitality. Really sad to leave but thankful for the time enjoyed.

Peaceful and private surroundings located in center of the village just steps away from restaurants, boutiques, cafes and outdoor markets. Accessible via pedestrian street with lots of free parking available nearby. Located at the heart of the village, it was easy to access all it has to offer on foot. Jean-Rene and Viviane were lovely hosts: friendly, attentive and responsive. They were accessible and ensured all our needs were met for a comfortable stay.

We had a great weekend at the chalet, which offers comfort, charm, modernity and all the amenities! the location is exceptional!the principle of accommodating 16 people on the 2 accommodations that we redoubled was finally easy since the apartments communicate with each other. The only difficulty: you can't have meals together .... The slide is finally too damaged so dangerous we had to condemn its access! but the children enjoyed the spaces and the trampoline! We enjoyed the sun on the terrace around a barbecue it was beautiful! We recommend the shawl for a weekend or a longer stay, in any season! Perfect hospitality and great availability... We'll be back!

Perfect for an evening of reunion, just a downside the neighbors who are sensitive to noise for the fetards. The hosts are very accommodating.

Super cool place to spend a couple days in Cornas

The House is beautiful, everything was there for a perfect weekend with the family. We really enjoyed the fireplace and all the wood available. There was nothing missing for comfort. The bedding is on top. Nice gift upon arrival that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back.

My stay went very well, the accommodation was quiet and as described. It is very well located, close to the central bus stop and the city center. Quentin was very friendly and accommodating for my arrival and departure times! I'd recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Very nice studio, very functional, everything was fine. The sofa bed is extremely cosy. Well located, the city center is quickly within walking distance. Very good communication with Hédi as well. We will not hesitate to rent again if we return to Villard one day.

The location is perfect, the apartment is small and there are only two velux which does not allow to see the view. This justifies the very low price and it didn't stop us from having a really good time. Need to Know: In summer, a welcome pot is offered on Gresse-en-Vercors, every Sunday, for newcomers, in the late afternoon. There's also a market on Monday mornings. I would this property.
